So the food is good and they're the best Chinese in the area in my honest opinion, but one of the ladies especially (and some of the others rarely) often seems rude. It's like she really really doesn't want to be there. I think she may be the owner, but not sure. Someone told me she gets paid in tips so I could be wrong. Overall one of the least welcoming restaurants in Bailey but some of the better food. I get take out from here maybe every other week and strongly suggest it but I hope they do something to help their staff be happier or hire someone with a hospitality background to work the desk. I'd happily give them five stars and frequent them more often for dining in (and tip more). I tip minimum or not at all for bad service and good food (since I doubt the cops see any of that). Read moreMy friend and I found this hidden gem after a hike. We looked up restaurants with a patio nearby since I had my dog with me. We called on the way to confirm the patio was dog-friendly and they said dogs were welcome. Upon seating, I asked the waitress for an extra water for my dog and she went ahead and took my dog's water bowl and filled it up! I also asked if they had unseasoned chicken for my pup when we ordered and the waitress said they can fix something up for him. Soon after, she brought a plate with boiled chicken and he devoured the dish! I was floored by the generosity and friendliness of the staff. As a dog owner, they went above and beyond to make me feel like my dog was truly welcomed. The dishes we ordered for us were also delicious! I had the combo lo mein and my friend had the sesame tofu, both lunch specials that came with your choice of soup and your choice of an eggroll or crab wonton. Both of our dishes were under $10 with a healthy portion - a very great deal! Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend, especially if you happen to have...
Read moreThe best Chinese food we’ve had in CO. We used to live in the northeast and I find the flavors here better than most we used to have in the Philly area. Aka, it’s far far better than the small takeout shops that dominate the NE. And it’s far better than most Chinese in Denver metro. Simply put. And it’s better than the place in Pine, although you’ll get better service and cleaner plates/glasses in Pine. Look, I’m in it for the food. I’m not a primadonna like all the negative reviewers of this place - who need their service to coddle them and rub their back. This is a short staffed small place. Deal with less service and enjoy some of the best Chinese you’ll find in CO. It’s a simple as that. Garlic chicken, Mongolian or Hunan beef. So good. Enjoy. Happy...
