Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Four Corners States

If I could give no stars to this domino's I would. I ordered a build your own barbecue chicken pizza on Friday, I just added tomatoes and spinach on my pizza and when the guy delivered it there was no Chicken on the pizza., even on the side of the box it said it was a chicken pizza . I paid over $30.00 on a pizza and they did not even make it correctly. So I called them back and told them that there was no chicken on the pizza the guy I spoke to apologized and was like "yes I am sorry we will make you another pizza with the chicken on it" . I offered to bring them back the veggie pizza the guy said no , we will have the driver re deliver the pizza. So after waiting another 30 to 40 mins the driver shows up with the pizza , I am like finally I am hungry after waiting another 30 mins I open the box and they made the pizza as sloppy as they possibly could and then they also made the pizza the way that they wanted too as well. I felt bad because it is not my fault that they did not put the chicken on the pizza the first time. Instead of calling back a third time I just made myself dinner and now I am out of over $30.00 because Domino's wanted to be rude that night and make my food however. I will not waste my money on this particular Establishment again the food was disgusting and the service was terrible. If you order anything other than pepperoni pizza it will be too hard for them to make do not...

I order from this place semi-frequently because I am disabled and some days I cannot cook for myself. I always tip and I am always respectful when I order. So I am surprised by how terrible their customer service has gotten. Last night my pizza was dropped off. I always ask for a contactless delivery because someone knocking on the door scares my cat. Anyway the driver texts me after he leaves my order outside and I went to get the pizza as soon as I got the text. There were tomato sauce fingerprints on top of the box and when I opened it the pizza was not together. The pizza was jumbled and some of the slices had half the cheese and meat already off and on the box or other pizza slices. I don't know what happened. Maybe the driver dropped the pizza and quickly stuffed it back in the box. Maybe it got jostled around in the car. I don't know because the driver didn't communicate anything. Im very disappointed and this is not the first time I have had subar customer service.

Update: I just texted with my driver from last night and found out he didn't send the text until 5 mins after delivery so basically anyone could have tampered with my food. This...

This location deserves a negative 10 stars for there complete and utter incompetence! I placed a mobile order on the app for curbside delivery. I checked in upon arrival. When the order showed that it was coming out of the oven on the Domino's tracker, a Domino's employee came out and said that our order was going to be another 10mins. Which should have been a free pizza. However, so that the location didn't have to give away free pizzas, the employees changed it on the Domino tracker to show a completed order, even though it took 30mins to get a curbside delivery. When I asked the location's employees about the curbside guarantee and the free pizza, I was told that this location doesn't do that. When incompetence rises to this level, management and employees all need to be fired! Domino's corperate refuses to respond to the complaint, as well as their management and employees...
