** Update: Last night went back for more torture. This time for donuts. No Boston Cream; No Jelly. Got two chocolate glazed. I should’ve walked away. They were stale. Not one day stale, they were at least 3 day stale donuts that tasted as if they were made from wheat.
I’ve had it with this location. I’m calling corporate next. ———-
They used stale bagels which they put in a fast food oven. From the unusual dryness of the bagels they had to be a few days old. They practically broke in my mouth as I was eating them.
The irony of it all, I was just at the New Independence Hwy location in Winter Garden on Thursday where I had the most enjoyable sandwiches. The same exact menu item I ordered at this location. And no! No comparison whatsoever.
Also ordered the hash browns which were not brown but black. Had to throw them out.
Lastly must mention, this restaurant was dirty, definitely not an environment to eat in, ugh.
What has happened to Dunkin Donuts? This is not what the founder’s envisioned. It’s totally the opposite. ————— “It’s time to make the donuts” — no more! The iconic commercial of the 70’s is remembered by none.
Went to Dunkin’ Donuts yesterday, got a box of 6. They only had one Boston Crème. Someone please tell me why.
Had 3 jelly donuts and 2 chocolate frosted. Unfortunately the 2 chocolate frosted were not fresh. Today, they were stale. Had to throw them out.
But the saddest part is, the employees had no knowledge of the “It’s time to make the donuts” commercial—sad but true. Aww yeah, and the place was totally empty too. It was 6pm.
By the way, here’s a silly suggestion. At the end of the day, why don’t you sell the semi-stale donuts at 2 for 1— what a novel idea! … Now go on, be a hero and save the damn...
Read more& the one star rating being polite. I wish I can give them NO STARS. BUT YOU know what they say three times is a charm & baby let me tell you, they WONT GET ANOTHER COIN FROM me @ this location . Every bad review you see about this location BELIEVE IT. USUALLY I go to 2245 Western Way Winter Garden, FL 34787 United States on my lunch break and that Dunkin is Phenomenal, good customer service and more CLEANER but it’s 8 mins away from my job SO when I’m pressed for time I can’t there . This location is 2 mins and I was pressed for time today, going against my judgement I went to this location. Mind you the last two times was horrible; but im thinking maybe it’s that shift. Anyway I was craving an ice coffee and like I said before I was pressed for time “clocked in for work ; can I run to the store” type of time. The cashier rang up everything wrong then basically tried to blame me for the confusion without actually saying it. Nevertheless she was uhhuhing me like she was hearing correctly. I ordered a small Carmel ice coffee w / whipped cream and a plain bagel well toasted with strawberry cream cheese. The order I received large ice coffee with no whip cream and plain bagel slightly toasted with regular cream cheese. So when I told them this was wrong ; a whole bunch of eye rolling and teeth sucking , so I’m guessing the cashier started tending to other customer, the manager started helping me and her customer service suck. Just her whole demeanor was TRASH , I told her exactly how I wanted my coffee to be made. 6 pumps of Carmel , 10 cream and it’s still was nasty. Don’t even get me started on the bagel, it took the 3 tries to get it right. Only thing I can say good about this place is the girl who handed me my bagel she was nice and polite … very demure . Them other ones...
Read moreLiterally the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. But not only do they ultimately always find some way to mess up my order but everybody's attitudes that work there are absolutely terrible. I would say I do get my drink correct about 80% of the time which is great but I really try to avoid going to this Dunkin' Donuts if I can help it. The only redeeming Factor about this place is that it's literally right in front of my condo complex so it's very convenient for me to go to and therefore convenience outweighs the service which is the only reason they got 2 stars overall....for location and thats it. It really is one of the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. The service is always terrible. You're always waiting forever. They can literally only take care of one car at a time in the Drive-Thru. There's always a line inside the store. When you get drive-thru items like a plain buttered Bagel they gave you butter on the side which means if you're driving you actually have to stop what you're doing to do the thing which is so weird because I really believe that every Dunkin Donuts has margarine at the very least. I've tried talking to management in this place but it doesn't ever seem to go through and they're always seems to be a new manager every couple of months. The turnover here is literally crazy. I don't know if I've ever seen the same people more than a couple of times. I know that nobody is being paid enough to work at a Dunkin' Donuts but as somebody who works in the customer service industry this place really bothers the...
