Outback Steakhouse — Restaurant in Four Corners

Oh MY LANTA!!! Lol seriously I just did a fabulous review and to the very wrong Outback,, where I live, lol, so I deleted it, THANK YOU SO MUCH FELICIA ❤️AND EVERYBODY THAT PLAYED A PART In tonight’s my BF’s EXACT BIRTHDAY!!!!!! YOU GUYS DID A FABULOUS JOB AND I DID RECEIVE A VIDEO AND I WAS THERE IN SPIRIT, BUT I HAVE TOTAL “FOMO” LOL IT’S NOT EVEN FUNNY, BUT SHE TOLD ME HOW FABULOUS AND WHEN I DO MY COMMENTS, Ur EXACT RESTAURANT RUN’S A TIGHT SHIP(I used to be in the biz and not only fabulous employees but that place is clean )!!!!!!THERE EVERYBODY WORKS AS A TEAM FROM THE CHEFS TO THE FRONT WHERE THEY GREET THE PEOPLE AND ANWSER THE phones. EVERYBODY IS ABSOLUTELY A+ PLUS TIMES INFINITY TO THE INFINITY POWER OF INFINITY.!!!!!!😘🙏🏻 Thank you all very much. I wish I knew the bouncers’s name that’s friends with Alex. That’s the only name. I don’t know. I was lol,I’m just trying to give you guys a hard Time ha ha ha although I do have a problem and it’s not with anybody that works in that Specific restaurant……. it’s with the company you wanna work in the USA???? Build your business?????? HA & you won’t let me put an American flag????????? let’s get this straight, on my fabulous comment aka my post??? That doesn’t make me very happy so I’ll say it this way. GO USA!!!! USA USA!!!! Whoever’s in charge of running the posts, you should be extremely grateful of the people that are working there, If it weren’t for them, I would never return!!!! That has nothing to do with the restaurant those wonderful people that are working there including Slick Rick, Alex and Barry, And obviously all the other names I mentioned in my other post and also under my BF’s name, but I wrote my name at the bottom Jannine😘has to do with the owners if you can’t allow an American flag then I have a problem but besides that…🙄 everything is fabulous and thank you so much, If you want business in USA, allow the Flag!!!!! What a difference a couple of months makes! We had a 5 star experience on Easter Sunday- arrived at opening and had immediate great service from Olivia and excellent food. The chef even came out when I commented on the awesome chichurri sauce. He brought me a sample to take home- now that's hospitality. Today- the complete opposite. Our son came to spend Father's Day with his dad and wanted to take him out to a good restaurant that we had visited before. We arrived again at opening and were brought to a booth on the hot side of the restaurant- the shades are nowhere near adequate to keep you cool inside the building. There was one other table of four occupied in our section. Then, they added us, another table of five and a single behind us. There should have been another server in that section. He did not take our order until 11:30. He spent over 10 minutes taking the order from the first party and longer than that with the other large party. We ordered two steaks and I ordered a hamburger. It seemed like there were two runners with bread and drinks, so am not sure what the server was doing most of the time. It was over an hour before our food arrived. The steaks were cooked correctly. My medium rare hamburger was well done. I didn't dare send it back. We didn't order dessert because we didn't want to be there for two hours. Recap- no appetizers, no alcohol, no dessert, nothing ordered well done- 1 and 1/2 hours. The manager did come out and spent the better part of 20 minutes talking to the party next to us. Great service, delicious meal! This location did not disappoint! We decide to celebrate Valentine’s Day at this newly opened location. From the moment we entered the restaurant, we loved the look and feel of the place. We were greeted warmly by a lovely hostess, unfortunately, I did not get her name, but she was wearing red and she had a pin that said “Baby” she was so pleasant and so bubbly and made us feel welcomed! We were quickly seated at our table and shortly thereafter our server, Joseph greeted us. Joseph so very was pleasant and friendly and engaging. It was evident that he was an experienced server and truly cared about the guests experience. He had extensive knowledge of the menu items As well as the bar offerings. We both ordered steak, which was absolutely delicious. The temperature of the food was perfect. Our steaks were cooked exactly as we ordered. I chose Caesar salad, which was very fresh, The lettuce was perfectly crisp and enjoyable. We finished off the meal with a delicious dessert. We were having such a lovely lunch that I asked to see the manager to share just how appreciative we were for the great service. Nick, the manager came by and after chatting with him for a few few minutes it was evident that he genuinely cares about his staff, but most importantly, he cares about the customers. Overall, the entire experience was pleasant, memorable and delicious! We are so very happy that we decided to celebrate our 40+ years of Valentine’s Day meals at this Outback location!
