I cant complain about the atmosphere it was very nice and pleasant but the reason for 3 stars is cause the other two effect atmosphere the service was lacking are server Marina K's attitude at first made me and my sister feel unwelcome and that she would rather be anywhere but here though i dont blame her after the tabke she delt with before us. We ordered 3 sweet teas all 3 were given to us were unsweet didnt need refills but would have been nice if were asked at least once and when the server took are order she wrote the order down in the ticket book thing and then literally just used the tablet to put the order in instead (if we knew she was going do that we would have done it are selves and saved like a good 20 mins or so on waiting for her to come take the order) and two of are orders in honesty just seemed to take forever to come out are mom and dad did I think unlimited soups after they have had about 3 bowls each and we gone through 2 things of salads and at least 3 baskest of breadsticks mine and my sisters food finally come out my sisters was nice and hot mine was luke warm at best but i didnt complain as i was tired of waiting after this experience I'm probably never coming back to this olive garden again even though the name tags they wear say "we're all family here" none of my group felt like we were...
Read moreMy family and I have been going to this restaurant for a few years, we always arrive already knowing what we want, we eat and we leave, because we already have year's experience working in restaurants, I like to be a type of customer who doesn't give a headache, and I always obviously leave a good tip, because the service was always good, We went today Sunday at 8pm, and we were served by a waiter, at first everything was fine, we ordered and soon after she brought us the entrées, We finish and put the stacked plates on the end of the table, to help her too and make it easier to load the plates, She came to check the table, and didn't observe or ignore the dirty dishes at the end of the table, it's okay I didn't see a problem, so she brought the main dish, again ignoring the dirty dishes, We ate our food, and the dirty dishes were still in the same place, as soon as I asked the manager, the waiter appeared to take the dirty dishes, After talking to the manager, the waiter noticed and kept looking at us all the time, soon after she came to my table, asking if everything was okay, literally screaming and with a really bad attitude, for the first time I left $0 tip Honestly, if you don't like your job or don't know how to deal with people and have a childish attitude, it's better to look for...
Read moreHungry and not in the mood to brave the madness of I-4 into Orlando, Olive Garden became the safe, carb-loaded haven we all agreed on. Initially, we planned on doing takeout for the family, but once we walked in, the cozy Italian chain vibe whispered, “Stay... sit... eat.” So, we did.
The hostess, however, didn’t quite match the vibe – she was as warm as last week’s breadsticks. But thankfully, Dani, our server, more than made up for it. She was a ray of sunshine, full of cheerful energy, quick recommendations, and attentive service. She took the kids' orders right away (smart move!) and ensured we always had what we needed.
The Fettuccine Alfredo was a certified kid-pleaser – my little critics were happy, and I joined them with a plate for myself. My wife chose the eggplant parmigiana after Dani’s mouthwatering description of crispy outsides and tender, meaty insides. Spoiler: Dani didn’t lie. It was delicious.
Bonus points for easy parking and a not-too-busy lunch crowd. Olive Garden: come for the Alfredo, stay because the vibe said so (just maybe skip chatting with...
