Flippers Pizza - Reunion — Restaurant in Four Corners

I CANNOT RECOMMEND this location because we visited them yesterday July 2, 2025 to celebrate our son’s 5th birthday, but unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing.

When we arrived, it seemed the staff were having issues with the register. I waited to be acknowledged and asked whether we should sit or order at the counter. One of the staff — I believe her name was Stephanie or Sandra — told us to go ahead and sit down.

We did — and sat waiting for nearly 30 minutes without being helped. During that time, a group of four ladies walked in after us and were promptly greeted by a male staff member who started to gather menus to take there table. The chef actually noticed and pointed out that we were there first, which prompted the same staff member to come to our table. At that point, we let him know we were ready to order, having waited so long. He said he doesn’t take orders and thought someone else (Stephanie or Sandra) had already done so.

As he stood next to our table he looked at her as she was cleaning a nearby table — he asked if she wanted to take our order. She looked flustered, shook her head, and flat out said NO. At that point, we were just done. I got up and told my family we were leaving. Only then did the male staff member apologize and ask us to sit back down, but the experience was already ruined and we left!

Whether this was due to disorganization, poor communication, or something worse, like implicit bias, I can’t say for sure — but we felt dismissed and ignored. It was not how any family should be treated, especially when trying to enjoy a simple birthday meal for their child.

Clean, fresh, simple and friendly! We live super close to this location and are pleased every time we dine here! My son loves his Triple Pepperoni and my husband loves his lunch combo with the salad. Of the three my Husband has played more with the toppings but reguardless of what toppings you choose he has loved everything!

Customer service here is Top notch as well and for me that is always neck and neck with quality of food. So not only does this restaurant have quality of food but they also have some amazing staff that wait on you. Today's server was AJ and he was definitely very kind and considerate as well as very prompt and friendly.

We've never taken food to go home with so I can't speak on that but Dine in is 100% perfection.

Dining area is about medium size so it is on the smaller side. The only downfall that I see and it's no fault of theirs really is the fact that they're parking is right next to parking for Starbucks. So anyone coming into the parking lot during a busy Starbucks season you need to go around the building and come in from the other side of the parking lot and it'll be much better served with less potential accidents and traffic. Otherwise this location is A+ for the local neighborhood.

Whether you want to dine in, or take out regardless of what type of pizza you get, this establishment for being quick, friendly, well staffed, well maintained and still having fresh and affordable great tasting food is amazing and I would highly recommend. September update: back down to 2 stars. Ordered 15 pizzas for a party. All delivered cold and soggy. They use door dash and they delivered to others before us. No more prepaying tips! In fact I will never ever ever use door dash again. August Update: Ordered several delivered and all were hot and fresh. Delivery or pickup seems to be the way to go with this location. Will try again. Update: lost a star when needed to pay our $53 bill after leaving a generous $12 cash tip at table only to find out that I'd have to get in the back of 10 person scattered all over the place line at the front just to pay the $53 bill. Lost another star when manager Dave condescendingly said, "yeah, nobody wants to wait for anything". All dozen or so customers heard him too. Not only is it ridiculous for a dine in customer to wait 10-15+ minutes to pay while a dozen people pay and pick up their to go orders, my disability prevents me from standing that long. Shameful.
