If there was an option for 0 stars, it would still be too high:
Was embarrassed and spoken to condescendingly by a supervisor named Albert. A young female had attended us in the drive-through. I had to order a coffee yesterday (different location) and it wasn't the right order so I requested some cream on the side in order to fix the coffee from yesterday. After a three minute delay a supervisor comes on and says I have to go back to the location I ordered originally to fix the drinks. I believe they thought I was asking for a free drink but I reiterated I just want a little cream on the side. There were another couple rebuttals before he finally relented but at that point it was very embarrassing and his tone was extremely condescending. Corporate leadership, please teach Albert on how to treat customers and have his tone adjusted to show a little more respect and appreciation for customers. I have also heard that your culture is amazing, Albert's treatment of a customer today was certainly not reflective of that. It shouldn't have to be this difficult to receive some cream on the side or some competence and fair treatment. I am not sure how this person was promoted or how he gets away treating customers like this. Also not sure if this was discriminatory as I am Latino and he appears Latino also. Either way he should treat all customers equally and without bias regardless of creed, race, or color. This is not what I felt today. Also, don't tell me that your associate was practicing corporate behavior. You should empower your team to be able to make a call whether or not you can give extra sugar or extra cream on the side to a customer. Utterly ridiculous. If this is truly your policy then you have definitely not been trained well as a manager and you have not trained your team while in decision making and customer...
Read moreELLA has changed my entire daily routine. feel compelled to leave a review for the incredible staff at this location. As a coffee drinker on the daily, I get my coffee out every day. I felt a horrible lack of energy and that the coffee wasn’t even able to pick me up anymore. I pulled up to the window and I was greeted with a friendly voice introducing themselves as Ella, I was completely drained and told her that I had not known what to order as I usually get my caramel macchiato every morning at Starbucks, but today would require a larger quantity of caffeine and something to really push through because I was exhausted. Feeling hopeless I looked into the drive-through ordering screen and said to Ella please help me I need the strongest best drink you would recommend. She told me that she had it covered. She asked identifying questions regarding my order what things I like such as sweetness, espresso type, etc. This drink has changed my morning and every day when I go to get my coffee and Ella greets me on the window. I just tell her it’s me and she has my order ready to go. Amazing customer service the quality of coffee never water or too much milk. Always done the right way that you could taste the coffee and that you get the boost of energy you need. I highly recommend if Ella is in ask her for the order that she made for Vanessa and I’m sure you will not be disappointed. This changed my basic caramel macchiato order and gave me a whole different Starbucks experience. I love my morning coffee and I love this location. Thank you Ella for...
Read moreWhen they first opened this location I would have given them 5 stars; however, something has gone wrong with this place. I don't know if they have new people working during the weekends that have not been trained properly in the art of making lattes, or they're too busy to care w/ how they're making their drinks, but suddenly over the last 2-3 months the lattes (flavors we usually buy white chocolate mocha, vanilla blonde, or pumpkin spice lattes) have been AWFUL with today's order being the absolute worst. Today our group bought 3 different kinds of lattes (flavors I mentioned) and there was NO flavor (the vanilla blonde latte had slight vanilla taste but burnt taste too) to any of them other than the taste of being BURNT! With their high prices this is ridiculous! And the ONLY reason we did not take them back to the store is due to how long it would take to drive all the way back and stand in a long line to do so. Yeah, we'll be going back to the Starbucks in Kissimmee or Celebration instead where we've never ordered a bad latte so it'll be worth the 5-10 min. longer drive. It'll cost a little more in gas but at least we won't be throwing away $25+ on gross tasting lattes each time! If their coffee tasted good I would have given this location 5 stars (weekend baristas are nice just can't make a good tasting latte) BUT the lattes are so BAD over the last few months I can't give more than 1 star to...
