Baristo Cafe Bar — Restaurant in Foxborough

Don't waste your time with this sorry excuse of a morning Cafe! I stopped by to get a mimosa before my wax appointment. I was utterly disappointed with this cafe. I was totally ignored sitting at the bar, even though there were at least 4 employees behind the counter. Then, after I was sitting for several minutes, 4 people came in to the bar and were immediately served AND THEY STILL IGNORED ME!

It was only after I stood up to leave, someone asked if I had been helped. Are you serious???? I could understand if they were busy, but at 9:45am, they were not. Because the service was so rude, I will make sure I give this place a negative review on every review site possible.

If zero stars were an option, I would select that. Much better service at any other fast food place including Panera or McDonald's or Quiznos. There were enough staff, but they were very busy on their phones and chatting with each other and leaving customers to fend for themselves. I watched several people walk in and wait at the counter and then walk out. I waited for food and a drink on the side where you can sit down and none of the staff walked around that side to check in on anybody. Again, understandable if staff is low compared to the demand, but staff were enjoying each other's company rather than...

I have never written a review before but this place was so bad. Me and my dad went to pick up some quick breakfast and coffee. No one else was in the restaurant except for another couple. It took almost 35 minutes for 2 bagels to come out and we had asked about our food multiple times . By the time we got the food we just got out of the restaurant and left.
