Family Style Pizza — Restaurant in Framingham

Ordered some seafood plates and a pizza based off of the online menu the Family Style menu NOT door dash or anything of that sort. By the math of their website the total should’ve been $49 checked my bank statement and they charged me $75. When i called to inquire they said the price of the seafood plates changed yet they didn't update their website falsely advertising one price and charging another!!! Then not willing to do anything to fix the issue!!! On top of that my wife got food poisoning from their clams!!! NEVER giving them ANY business EVER again!!!! Tried supporting a small business as opposed to a large food chain and end up getting screwed with nothing more than the owner changed the prices but didn't update the website!!! Too bad I cant give ZERO stars!! NEVER...

I'm really torn about giving this a 5-star review. Honestly, I feel kinda resentful because I don’t think I’ll order from here again—at least not through DoorDash. I ordered two large (not extra-large) calzones for $27.47 each, but the actual price is $20.50. That’s a $7 markup per calzone, not even counting DoorDash fees and the tip.

But here’s the thing—the calzones are probably the best in the area, if not the best. They were that good. But are they worth $68 total after all the markups, fees, and tip? Maybe once just to try, but if I picked them up myself, it would only cost $40. That’s basically a $30 convenience fee.

If you're picking up, I highly recommend this place. Through DoorDash? Nah.

Something changed. I used to come here as a kid all the time. I’m back in town visiting and placed a delivery order of a large pepperoni/bacon pizza and chicken finger dinner.

The pizzas sauce is gross now and the crust is too thin, pizza is burnt and rock hard with only about 2 tiny pieces of bacon on the whole thing. I asked for crushed red pepper pepper and got none. The fries are so soggy now, they used to be crispy.

The delivery guy was so rude i had a $7 tip ready for him until i heard him on the phone screaming because he walked directly through a construction in the front entrance when he was supposed to go around the other side where i was waiting for him.
