Friendly Pizza Framingham — Restaurant in Framingham

WAS SO MUCH BETTER WITH PREVIOUS OWNER, STAY AWAY! Tried to order on website online order spent half an hour and the website kept screwing up finally I called man says hello like I'm calling his house personal cell phone should have been a red flag then. The man asked me strange questions very poor English I could hardly understand him and I asked if this was a pizza place and he said yes hold on and put someone else on that didn't speak good English either, but a little better . Asked if mushrooms were from a jar or can or are they fresh and he said fresh. He clearly lied, mushrooms "are from a jar or a can". Did not toast the grinders And I asked him to toast the bread. Got pizza and grinders nothing was that good at all. I just tore apart the grinders and couldn't eat it. Strange looking buffet inside food did not look very appetizing.. Should of went with my 1st gut feeling and not even attempted to order after someone answers the phone hello like I'm calling their cell phone And for those benefit of the doubt type people the place was not busy at all. 🤮 won't be going back. Some good reviews here written by friends...

My family and I ordered from this establishment this afternoon, the food took 2 hours to come and when it arrived the pizza was cold, the onion rings are rock hard, the cheesy bacon fries were mush with completely uncooked bacon and never brought our sodas. I called the establishment and he told me its not his job to make sure his employees fully cook the food and its too hard for him to watch everything that happens. I asked him politely if he could bring fresh food and our sodas or my money back. He said "No, that we cannot get our money back and I am not making more food" then proceeded to hang up on me. I am contacting the board of health about this establishment, I can ignore gross food but when you try and serve me meat that hasn't been cooked at all then that's a big problem. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I wish I had read the reviews before...

Ordered food for delivery and the guy was very strange to begin with. He got to our front door and he opened the bag and told us to grab out our food which was spilled all over in the delivery bag. Then he straight up walked into our house and we tried to offer him paper towels to clean out his bag and get him to leave. Instead he continued to stand in our entryway and ask where his cash was. When we explained we preemptively paid the tip on the card before it was delivered he asked again where his cash was. Finally we got him to leave, however the whole situation was very uncomfortable. Would not order...
