If you want a good start to your morning don’t stop here! order at the speaker and when u get to the window nobody knows what’s going on anymore they messed up everything about my order. they have me wondering if the person at the speaker and the one at the window are even in the same building it’s so terrible…I avoid this location like the plague bc it’s rare for them to get it right and believe it or not it gets worse when you try and go inside to avoid the kerfuffle….you wait even LONGER if i’m going in this direction I will no longer stop here i will go to starbucks from now on just down the street because this place isn’t worth ruining your morning…they owe me money from this morning’s transaction I had to fight the urge to throw my wrong coffee in someone’s face so I just gave it back politely and drove away without bothering with my refund bc I knew this confrontation was going to go from bad to worse I asked for 2 french crullers and a small ice coffee when i got up there the coffee was wrong and they informed me they have no french crullers why take the order at the speaker then? I am going to stick to my promise of never bothering with this location again and I still want my refund GET IT TOGETHER! ITS NOT...
Read moreMy wife and I just pulled up to the speaker and microphone. We knew what we wanted. Something came out of the speaker that was indecipherable. We didn’t know if they wanted to take our order or were asking us to wait. There were 3 cars in front of us. Then the voice came over the speaker again, this time very clearly. He said “Are you ready to place your order? Let’s go!” This was said with an negative attitude and tone I can’t convey in this review. My wife and I were shell shocked. I was going to comment on his poor customer service when we got to the window. He owed us an apology for his rude comment. When I got there, there was a negative and angry vibe radiating off of him. I could tell if I commented on his poor customer service, it would only escalate the already bad situation. Read moreI've called several times trying to reach a manager with no luck. On Tuesday March 24th at 730 am, my father went through the drive thru. He missed the intercom and tried to reverse but there was a car behind him. A white male that worked there kept yelling at him to go back but he couldn't. At the window my dad tried to apologize and he yelled at my father asking him if he was blind. And after a few more seconds of unprofessional behavior my father stopped him and asked him if he was going to take his order or keep yelling at him.
