I stopped here because I really needed to use the bathroom and before I even asked to use the bathroom I ordered a coffee that I didn't even need because I wanted to respect the policy for the bathroom being for paying customers. After I ordered my coffee I asked to use the bathroom and the woman denied me access even though I stated I had a medical condition. I told her that is against ADA and was still denied. Her reason was that her manager says no access to bathroom after 7pm which is illegal for a restaurant to do so. I then asked for a refund and she refused to give me the refund on the coffee they had not yet made me and I argued with her a bit and she finally gave me my refund. I understand there may be an issue with homeless people using the bathroom in that area without purchasing anything but I was a paying customer with a medical condition and denying access to the bathroom is not acceptable...
Read moreLiterally stood at then counter, watched the brain dead employee walk past us twice without so much as acknowledging us, moving at a snails pace while fulfilling a drive thru order. There were no customers in line behind us and only one person in the drive thru. When they ignored us for a third time after another drive thru person came up five minutes later, we left. There was another employee in the back who also ignored us completely. Clearly they don't care about their jobs or their product. Oh, and he had served my friends sister no problem a moment before we came up to the counter. Why he ignored us for FIFTEEN MINUTES WITHOUT SO MUCH AS A HELLO, I don't know. I will absolutely be calling corporate; I've worked food service jobs before, there's no excuse for this behavior.
I can only assume the employees are either racist, sexist or just complete idiots who deserve minimum wage and don't care...
Read moreTwo terrible workers up front; first guy misheard the order and upcharged over $3 (he attempted to fix it) but we realized he only fixed one of the mistakes and we were still upcharged with the wrong ingredients with the coffee. We mentioned to the girl making the coffee that it was wrong and she replied with "I'll just remake it, it's not THAT big of a deal" and when she gave us our coffees, she set them down and said "and these are BOTH with whole milk" (but with extreme attitude) before turning away. It doesn't sound very dramatic but the girl was very unfriendly and seemed angry about everything, which is an unfortunate quality to be having when you're constantly interacting with the public. Maybe they were both having a bad day but I was unhappy to be overcharged and then confused after being met with blatant rudeness after actually politely asking them...
