Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Framingham

This place just opened, but this is not the first ever jersey mikes in existence. I placed an order online at 1:20pm, got there at around 1:32 pm and didnt walk out until 1:56pm. For 2 sandwiches! I waited 15 minutes because of the hot sub, but what i dont understand is why the people walking in to order got their hot subs sooner than i did. There was a lady literally waiting to order when i had arrived. She ordered one hot sub and was out the door way before i was. Is there no priority for people who ordered ahead? I would have saved myself 15 minutes if i had just walked in and ordered. I understand its new and they were busy, but that doesnt really excuse making orders first for people who are just walking in to order. And after all of that, my hot sub was barely warm. I had a literal 5 minute drive home, sandwich shouldve been fresh off the grill. The bread wasnt even warm, at all. The sandwich felt like it had been sitting for at least 10 minutes, so i dont know why i had to wait 35 minutes for a luke...

Service is a 2 start because the last few times I've ordered my subs/wraps they fall apart. Got a BLT wrap today. It was cut at such and angle everything FELL OUT making it impossible to eat. Teach them to WRAP A WRAP! Waste of money today and no time to go back in for it to be fixed! Thanks a angry hungry daily orderer of Jersey mikes. I also drive from Marlborough Ma to framingham location because Marlboroughs staff is sloppy at making wraps and sandwiches.. framingham you're following the trend of Marlborough. The only employee who has successfully wrapped my wraps is the gentleman with the Cherry tattoo on his neck left side, he has also fixed all the subs the staff messes up on me. I guess time to maybe start trying Jimmy John's over...

TDLR: bad service, food okay. Your food quality depend on which server you have Had a really bad experience ordering here. First, The lady didn't even bother to ask me what bread I want. Second, the portion of sliced meat is small. Third, The lady serving veggies don't seem to understand English. I said the lettuce is not fresh and she just adding more non-fresh lettuce onto my bread?! And when I say the lettuce is not fresh, the first lady said yes it is fresh. I have eyes and I know what fresh looks like. Come on! I wish they hire more quality people and provide some quality service. Horrible, horrible experience. Will...
