Pizza Wagon offers a wide variety of options, including some very unique and delicious special pizzas. Their fries are a nice touch, coming lightly seasoned so you can adjust the salt to your liking. The menu is worth checking out, especially with some great mid-week deals that add value. Keep in mind that their pizza sauce is not the sweet kind, which may or may not suit your taste. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone craving good pizza with a twist.

I got a steak bomb calzone and it was literally black it was so burnt.luckily i looked at it before driving away but i don't know why they even attempted to serve it. They made me another one and it was extremely underdone...raw dough. I guess I'll eat it after work see if i can salvage it by cooking in my oven. I didn't have time for them to make me a third one. I won't be going back. I will say, the employees were very friendly though.

I’d give them a 2.5 star rating. It’s a local pizza joint on the corner next to Walgreens and is exactly what u would expect. The food was ok but the smell in the restaurant is bad, so bad I had to eat outside to enjoy my meal. My pasta was undercooked but over all decent meal for like $22. The garlic bread was good. I probably won’t go back but I don’t live in town either.

I can honestly say this was the worst experience I've ever had while trying to give someone my money. I ordered a meatball calzone with the meatballs on the side. I've ordered this EXACTLY the same before with no issue. So I get there, I'm happy, I've had a nice day, and the guy behind the counter starts grilling me about the order I placed. I think he is the owner or maybe the owners son, I've seen him there before and he seems to be in charge.

He starts asking me why I ordered it that way. At this point I'm confused because I just came in to pick up my order and get on with my day, I wasn't expecting to have to start defending the semantics of my order. He starts aggressively asking me questions along the lines of "so what would I put on the calzone then?" I reply "cheese." He continues aggressively berating me that I should of ordered a cheese calzone, and that my order was confusing to his new hire. He said they don't make what I ordered. This is where I get really insulted because...

... I say, completely truthfully (I don't know if they have a system that can look up order history by phone number, but if they do he will see that he was wrong) that I have ordered this before. He responds with "you ordered that here? You didn't order that here." I said I did, and he again accused me of LYING to him about ordering that same thing before. Well the fact is, I HAVE ordered that before, and he just accused a truthful man of lying... ABOUT A PIZZA WAGON ORDER. I told him I have been coming here for over 12 years, which is another true statement, in an attempt to diffuse the situation. He continues accusing me of lying by continuing along the lines of telling me I have not ordered that there.

I ask him, rightly angry now, if he is going to give me my order. He again tries to bring it back to the semantics of my order, and that I ordered incorrectly. I don't like the meatballs in the calzone, I like them out of the calzone and I dip them in the marinara sauce. I shouldn't have to explain that, so I didn't. So I say "whatever" and walk out. I never said anything mean to him on the way out, even though I was the one insulted, even though I was just trying to give him my money, because I had things to do later and I could tell this was going to get into a yelling match over a Pizza Wagon order. A Pizza Wagon order... I still can't believe it...

As I'm trying to leave the situation by walking out without saying a mean word, after remaining calm through the insulting exchange, after not getting my food that I wanted to pay fairly for, he yells out at me as my back is turned to him "YEAH, THAT'S THE ATTITUDE I LIKE!" in an attempt to egg me on. Did he want to fight me? I don't know. I didn't turn around though, because if I did it would of just been a yelling match and he was clearly not right that day so I didn't want it escalating further.

I have been coming here for over 12 years, I just wanted to give money for food (like I have done over fifty times before), and instead my happy day has been overshadowed by a completely unwarranted altercation and called a liar. I won't be going there ever again, there are plenty of other Pizza joints. I gave the same order to Liberty Pizza right down the road and they gave it to me with a smile. I want to give them one star, but I'll give them a star because the food is fine, not exceptional, but not bad either. Unless you want to get into an argument over the semantics of your order while leaving hungry and without your food, I would suggest...

Have ordered for delivery for years. My husband and I have always been pleased in the past , except once about a year ago & the owner made it right. Today we ordered a garden salad. They did keep the olives & hot peppers off as requested. When you google Pizza wagon Saxonville ( I used verbal) It shows picture of store & their logo. NOT Grub hub or another site. The menu on Pizza wagon's site lists a Garden salad as containing lettuce, tomato, carrots, red onion, & olives. There were no carrots, no onions, 2 small strips of green pepper, 4 tiny cucumber slices, 2 wedges of tomato Lots of iceberg lettuce and the great pita bread. When I called and spoke to the owner about the lack of onions & carrots, he insisted I had used the wrong menu site. I DID NOT. Triple checked not door dash, grub hub etc. He also stated he never put carrots on his salads & never onions because of the office park orders. At that point after receiving basically a bowl of iceburg lettuce, being told I used the wrong Google menu( I always call in my order and Use Pizza wagons menu) but after today, neither my husband or I will ever order another salad from Pizza wagon. Since Covid , I can understand economic cutbacks, but Pizza wagon has really become inconsistent with the quality of their food in the last 2 1/2 yrs. So sad.... Used to be a go to place. Ok, I guess their 1st web site I referred in this email does have Also Grub hub reviews. ( small print, Not Grub hub Pizza wagon actual site. ) Again verbal google search) The Obscure other Pizza wagon site , Lists a garden salad as $ 8.50 not $ 9.00 as menu I used that was correct, and I did not see ingredients listed. Still was very disappointed, the owner didn't seemed to care about...

Had a pretty unfortunate experience here recently... Ordered delivery on a week night right off of their personal website and waited about an hour. We decided to give them a call to check the status of the food and there was no answer. Come to find out they randomly were closed, but still taking online orders, so obviously our payment had been processed. We called the next day in order to get a refund and they acted clueless about the entire thing. The guy working there tried to pawn us off on the manager who wouldn't be in for a few days, and of course (come to find out) he was no help either. Awful customer service experience and no remedy or apology offered....
