Wendy's — Restaurant in Framingham

Cross check your late night drive through orders. One of the main reasons I go there is that they are open late. During my last three drive through orders, they are not fulfilling orders completely. First time, there were no ketchup packets for the French fries, and I only noticed after driving away. Next time, I checked right in the parking lot, for the same reason, and went back in, and got ketchup and paper napkins. I assume that these should be given by default. Last night, I checked right at the window and got the ketchup, but for some reason I doubted them and checked my order and noticed that there is no bottle of water. So I had to go back again and ask for it. The staff was not apologetic and acted almost as if they did it on purpose. Either way, my suggested for folks that go through drive through here, check your order contents before leaving the window and driving off to the highway. EDITED TO ADD AND RE-RATE: Well. Since I wrote my initial 5-star review many months ago, I have twice been shorted in my order, most recently yesterday. They shorted me an order of nuggets as part of the "4 for $4" promotion inside a $12 order. Not a giant order, not tiny. I called to let them know. I'm not turning around my car to fetch a buck's worth of nuggets.

Regardless of the cleanliness of the store or the temperature of the food, or the friendliness of the staff, if you don't actually put the food in the bag effectively robbing me, you earn a 1 star review.

They get one more chance with me to pay attention. There's another Wendy's 3 miles down the same road.

This Wendy's store is by far the worst Wendy's in the state of Massachusetts that I've ever been to, they don't serve well, they have no respect for customers, a group of Latinos who work there are extremely rude and disrespectful, they have no manners with anyone when it comes to talk, disrespected the driver in front, disrespected me with my family inside the car, don't disrespect your family by going to this place, they will talk to you and your children, and they will even say bad words in their language but surprise, we understand what you said!!! the other overweight manager who was there doesn't appear in the photos, but this place definitely doesn't have the spirit of Wendy's anymore, avoid this store, he spent an hour in the car waiting for my food and the employees inside were eating and laughing at us waiting , saying that we would be moldy here waiting for our order, escape...
