McDonald's — Restaurant in Frankenlust Township

About a week ago i chose this McDonald's for breakfast for me and my friend. The food i was given was of pour quality this came as a surprise to me given the fact i waited over 15 mins in the drive through. Limp hash browns, cold mc griddle and coffees made wrong. I called the store and spoke to a female manager. She took my name and phone number and assured me i would be compensated at a later date as i was on the highway already and couldn't come back. I went to collect this food i was offered as compensation and was told by TRIFTAN the manager at the time. "We send out post cards". The woman i spoke to never asked me for my address and made no mention of a post card. Its an awful feeling to be treated like a liar and a thief when your just trying to collect what was offerd to you. M 84 mc...

Not from this area. We ordered our food (only nuggets, a fry and two pops) and payed and then had to wait for 25 minutes for our food to be brought out to us. Meanwhile 15+ cars got their food and left. Guy brings our food out but not the drinks. He went back inside to get the drinks. Another 5 minutes passed so I went inside. To see that guy doing other things and not getting me my drinks. So 25 mins have gone by and I ask for the manager. Told him the situation. All he said, was “sorry”. Are you kidding me?! Give me a discount or something for making me wait on your incompetency. Needless to say this location did not make a good first impression. Thankfully I live nowhere near here and will never return. Wish I could do no stars. Worst McDonald's ever. 25 mins for three hash browns and two McMuffins. That's after I waited in drive thru for 15 then pulled me up to wait on hash browns after all that then after another 5mins I had to go in to find out they had not even put them in yet. Of course then when I finally did get it my sandwich was cold because they had made that right away. I will be calling the owners and anyone else I can. These are the people that want 15dollars an hour, lol. There reason for all this was that they had a big order. So pretty much saying they can't handle it if it gets busy.
