Terrible customer service!!! Ordered a large thin crust, onion on the whole thing, sausage on 1/2, that we paid $30 for & when we got the pizza home, we discovered they forgot the onion. When I called to let them know, the owner proceeded to argue with me saying that it was on the pizza, he saw the girl make it, maybe we just want more next time, and on & on. When I explained that I pulled the cheese back on multiple pieces and it wasn’t there, he continued to argue, so, I brought the pizza back in to show him. He continued to tell me it was there & when he wasn’t able to point out any, he tells me that it “soaked into the sauce”…..seriously?!?? Now, it’s not about the missing ingredient, but the fact that he continuously argued with me like I was some kind of idiot who doesn’t know what onion looks or tastes like. This is how you treat your repeat customers? So disappointing. Admit that you made a mistake & treat your customers with respect instead of being condescending. He obviously does not care about the customer being satisfied so we will not be back.
EDITING TO COMMENT ON OWNER’S REPLY: Yes, my husband told you how much he enjoyed your pizza, we both did, PRIOR to this evening. That’s why we were return customers & the reason for our disappointment after today’s encounter. However, the rest of your reply is filled with inaccuracies. You did not “witness” the onion, as you were not able to show me where you saw it on the pizza, so I was not looking for you to admit something that wasn’t true. And, by the way, we didn’t “discover” any on the rest of the pizza. Like I said before, at that point, it wasn’t about the food. It was about you continuing to argue with me & “explaining” to me that something was there when it clearly wasn’t. I left, or “stormed out” of, your business because I had enough of being talked to & treated like I was an idiot. It was apparent that your need to be right was more important to you than the satisfaction of your customer. Maybe next time you can let go of your ego & avoid another 1...
Read moreWhere do I start?! We just recently moved into the area and have been looking for a new pizza spot. A brief google search and recommendations from Facebook groups lead me to Miroballi Pizza in Frankfort.
Now mind you, I’ve worked in the food industry before and I know how terrible it is when you’re trying to clean up and someone calls in an order 20 mins before closing. I debated internally whether I should order or not and ultimately decided that the pizza craving was to much to bare and that I was indeed going to be “that guy” that would place an order right before closing and so I did…. (SORRY MOSES!!!) but man-o-man am I glad I did! Moses, the owner, answered the phone and was so polite and courteous while taking my order, didn’t huff and puff or gave any indication that he was annoyed.
As soon as I arrived for my pizza, Moses and I chatted it up like we were long time buddies, that was refreshing and something unfortunately that is very hard to find in businesses these days! Now I’m sure you’re here to hear about the pizza so I won’t delay much further but I felt like the cx service that was provided makes all the difference when running a business. Okay okay, as far as the pizza goes, don’t bother eating anywhere else! This pizza ranks amongst the top pizzas I’ve ever had. All the ingredients are fresh and Moses is proud of that, he went on to show me the beautiful fresh veggies and meats he uses while we waited for my pizza to finish. His recipes speak for themselves! The sauce is boss 💯! The crust is crispy but not cracker thin.
Go eat this pizza and meet Moses, he’s...
Read moreI’m a little late making this review but I moved here over a year ago and I’ve been trying to catch this place open. Well let me just say you won’t be disappointed!!! I ordered two family size pizzas over the phone for pick up. The owner called me 10 minutes before the pizza was done and told me I could come pick it up. When I arrived, the pizzas were still in the oven, the owner greeted me and said I like calling my customers in a little early so that I can ask them Is this how they like their pizza? and so he proceeded to show me the pizza in the oven and he stated was this good enough or did I want the cheese browner? I told him that was good and he preceded to show me pictures of the actual pizza before he put the cheese all over it just so I could see for myself that the sausage was evenly spread it throughout the pizza and we also had a really good conversation. I told him that I would definitely be back, and that his customer service was outstanding for this to just be a pizza pick up only spot. F.Y.I. The pizza taste great as well. Only the most authentic...
