Biggby Coffee — Restaurant in Frankfort

A very nice addition to Frankfort! Stopped in today and they were a little busy, but still greeted us with a smile. The cashier took our order with some supervision (she is still in training, I assume), but it was fast, and they made some nice recommendations to my daughter about what to order, scanned a coupon so we could get a discount (we had forgotten our coupon at home), made my daughter a "club" member so she can get a free drink with purchases, which delighted her since she loves her fancy drinks! We didn't wait long for our order at all. I commented on the trivia question written on the board, and the young lady told me it was to encourage customers to engage with staff while waiting, and thanked me for noticing it. What a nice touch! Our drinks were simply amazing. A cold brew red velvet coffee for my daughter, which she DEVOURED on the way home because she couldn't stop drinking it! Lol My chai latte was cold, delicious and very refreshing! Prices were lower than expected for specialty drinks, which is a nice surprise. I'm not normally a "fancy" coffee person, but I definitely will be stopping in again to try their other menu options. I hope they find much success here...

Watered down hot chocolate. Not even homemade donuts but got donuts that expired same day. Not to mention this big cooperation comes in and drives out a very well known and local business.

This company will never see a dollar from me again. The employees were amazing and they are at no fault of the devilish owners. They knew they were gonna screw over local coffee shops. And still opened. Like predators. Within 2 months our favorite, awarded local coffee shop...

Biggby Coffee is my favorite coffee place. I am in town visiting. I searched for coffee shops. Biggby came up. I was so excited. My niece is with me and she loves their coffee too. We've been there (the one in Frankfort,IN) 3 times in 5 days. Where I am from there are 4 Biggby Coffee shops within a 20 mile radius ... Maybe less miles apart. Trust me, it's not like Starbucks, but it's tons better!!! You'll thank...
