Culver’s — Restaurant in Frankfort

If I could give it 0 I would. Me and a small group of people came in and we expected a short wait, but we mostly got ice cream so we didn’t anticipate a long wait. We waited 45 minutes after we ordered and no workers payed any attention to us. People that came in long after us were getting there ice cream, and we were trying to talk to a worker to see what happened to our order. After about 10 minutes of not being able to get a worker to pay attention to us, someone finally talked to us. It turns out our ice cream had been made over 30 minutes before this and was just sitting in the cooler. The workers didn’t care and didn’t try to rectify the situation at all. I have never had customer service this bad. I will never ever come back to this location. Stay away and go to one of the other fast food places...

I went to the drive thru. One car was already pulled and parked. But no cars in front of me or at the 2nd speaker ordering. I ordered 2 dishes of ice cream. They pulled me with a number. After a very lengthy time I flagged a worker down that had brought food and drinks to 5 cars that were behind me. As well as the car in front of me. She went and looked for my order and then brought it to me and said it had just been sitting there. She had seen it and wondered why no one brought it to me yet! Total time from the moment the lady started talking in the speaker to the time I had ice cream in had was exactly 20 min. I went to Frankfort Culvers and ordered their chicken tenders and unsweetened ice tea and when I got home the sprinkles of ice in my tea had melted and they didn't put any honey mustard in my bag so I called the manager named Kelly and told her what had happened and all she said was "I'm sorry, I'm sorry and suggested I drive back down there to get a ice tea and I told her I wasn't driving back down there and wasting my gas so I suggested she just give me a LG ice tea at a future date and she acted like she didn't even want to do that so she said she would send me a coupon so I told her to keep it because they are doing poorly in that restaurant and need the money.
