Very disappointed. My order arrived burnt, I called the store and the person I spoke to advised that, she didn't know how that could have happened, and advised that it wasn't burnt when it left the store. She gave me a store credit. I ordered the same items three days later. I received my order about an hour later, and it too was burnt, and the inside was cold. I sent pictures to their regional office. I received an apology from regional and a code for another meal, I think I'll just pass.

Negative. Very pricy for what you get. If using delivery, it takes a very long time to receive your order. When you call in, your placed on hold for a very long time. It's a 50/50 chance speaking to a human. The 2 staff members I spoke to were rude, expressing their frustration with having a lack of staff, and insinuating that I put their burnt product back in the oven. Food arrived both times over cooked.

Read moreJust got off the phone with Papa John's after being on hold for 15 minutes. Ordered a pizza at 6pm it's now 705pm, I only called to make sure they received the order as I used the online app.
The first lady I talked to said the order had already been delivered, she then placed me on hold and another person answered. I politely explained the situation, she asked how I'd be paying. I told her I already paid, she said well I don't know what to tell you. I said that's not my problem, I ordered it and I want my pizza. She then put the manager on the phone.
He immediately had an attitude with me, I told him there's no reason for the attitude, and said that I made his cashier cry because I told her it's not my problem, and she's just doing the best she can. He then said have a good night and hung up on me.

Read moreLet down once again. I love the pizza here, but the service at specific stores is atrocious (Greenbush store Lafayette.) Last night I called to place and order and was asked to hold. I had no problem with that. After about 7 to 8 min on hold, my girlfriend thought id be funny to call on her phone as well. They answered almost immediately and took her order while I was still on hold. They then left me on hold FOR ANOTHER 10 MINUTES. When they finally took me off hold I asked to speak to management. The person on the phone claimed to be the general manager. I asked her how call in orders worked and if the first person to call was suppose to get their order first and she said yes.
