So just left Taco Bell in Frankfort and this is how it went. Went in there is two guys in front of us and one guy waiting for his order. We all stand around bsing for a couple of minutes til we realize there is no one paying any attention to anything happening in the front. So the two guys try to get someone's attention to no avail so I walk up and lean completely over the counter to see someone standing completely out of sight of guests. I ask is there anyone that can take our orders to where the girl walks up and says and I quote"there is no one to take orders in the lobby.". The gentlemen in front of us place their order. Then it's our turn and I first and foremost explain to her that my husband is allergic to tomatoes and she says no problem. So we order two regular tacos no tomatoes and a Mexican pizza no tomatoes plus a side of rice add reduce and a chicken burrito. 16 minutes later we get our food and there is tomatoes all over the pizza as well as tomatoes in the beans on the pizza. Then I open my rice and there is literally 2 spokes of rice in the bowl. I mean it barely covered the bottom of the dish. So I think that it was a mistake so I go to the counter and ask the cashier if this is right and she says yes that is their portioning for 1.79. Now I work in the restaurant industry and have for over 30 years and I can tell you that the service and quality of food they are giving people is the worst I've ever seen or had. I absolutely will not go back there. Nor will I recommend anyone to go there. 0 stars. It's making me give a star rating so it's a 1 star on stars but...
Read moreVery rude staff. I am 72 so slow to order. The drive through was the only thing open. I asked for 2 chicken chalupa Supreme and the order taker closed out my order. When I asked to add another meal I was snippily told "you could have told me sooner" I said oh I'm sorry. Apparently they couldn't add the two orders together so I was given two totals 8 something for my meal and 10.45 for the two chalupas. When I asked why it was higher than the cost of the chalupa meal and could I just change the order to the meal I was told I was being rude and refused service. What is wrong with asking question. The staff were just mean and nasty. I spoke with a gentleman standing outside who told me when he tried to go inside to order he was told the inside was closed and to f off. They may be under staffed but this is not a way to run a business. I'll never go back to that taco bell and cannot recommend it to...
Read moreI had the worst experience with this store ever. I will drive to Lafayette before i come here again. I placed a order through the drive thru. I specifically said i did not want jalapeño sauce and i ordered double the steak. The line was long. When i got my food was covered with jalapeño. I did not wait in line again but took the opportunity to pull up with two cars ahead. The woman working yelled at the young kid for assisting me because i was not on the screen. Then when they remade the order i did not get double steak. I called them and the man saying he was the manager yelled at me said he made my order right and hung up the phone on me. Little do they know i am under cover judging their customer service. Very poor and the corporate office will hear about this. You are extremely lacking any customer service etiquette.
