Culver’s — Restaurant in Frankfort

I’ve been to Culver’s a lot of times, but Claire is so sweet. She is super special and most of all the staff at Culver’s. are really good people and I just want to say how proud I am Of the service and the dedication that The employees do they make my dreams come true I will come back to Culver’s again and I will See Claire again I Love Culver’s because it’s really really good and the people there are just wonderful and the food there is wonderful. I just enjoy Culver’s. I think I should come back more and more because I always have a good experience there because the people know me very well and it’s because of Claire and I wouldn’t trade her for the world. She is just the best and the kindest person And most of all Culver’s is really good. Hi, I’m writing this in hopes that the owner will see this. This evening my boyfriend and I went to Culver’s, we ordered two meals through the drive thru. Our plan was the pay with cash first and then a gift card. When we went up to the window and we told the employee, Ariyel to use cash and then the gift card. When Aryiel handed us our money back she had given us the gift card and the cash. She totally didn’t listen to the simple directions. Then when we told her about it she does absolutely nothing about it and goes “oh sorry you can pull forward.” After we received our food, I walked inside to speak to manager about this. As I’m standing in line I see that Ariyel is talking to her co-worker and laughing about it right in front of me knowing I was there. I just felt it was very disrespectful to be laughing and talking negatively about me when I’m standing in line, when it was her mistake. The manager handled my concern very well and I really appreciate his help. However I just hope something was said to Ariyel since that should not happen. Thank you for taking time out to read my review I just would like to say I am not a fast food restaurant type of person I was driving one day with my family and my wife told me about this establishment and she mentioned how holiday food is made fresh nothing like your typical restaurant of fast food so that day I ordered for the entire family and I decided to give them a chance the woman at the drive through window was very professional energetic and very knowledgeable off the menu I ordered a chicken sandwich grilled my wife ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and my son ate kids chicken tenders let me say this that I really like to eat healthy selections this has got to be one of the freshest chicken sandwiches I have ever had I was very impressed id like tto the owner and the entire staff continue doing what you do can I pray you guys open up thousands of restaurant chains around the world you have my vote I will be back for a grilled chicken sandwich no condiments please...
