We have ordered many times from here because they have the best salads, but unfortunately it never fails that we get an âextra toppingâ with themâŚ.hair being the extra topping. We completely understand that this accidentally happens at times, but just about every single time we order - thereâs the hair. We stopped ordering from here for awhile because of it but today we decided to give them yet another chance. We wrote down our order, called and placed it - about 40 minutes later it arrived. When we opened the bag, we instantly noticed that two of the three salads were wrong, which okay, things happen sometimes, especially if youâre busy. So we call to let them know and the gentleman was very nice and apologetic, so he asked us to hold, he must have just set the phone down because a woman in the background said âI read her order back to her and she said it was right, they probably took stuff off the saladsâ with so much attitude behind it. The top of the container is clear, you can see right through to the salad, there would be literally . o rto take the lid off. The gentleman got back on the phone and we informed him that we heard what she said and there was no need for the assumption. He let us know that they would make all three salads correctly and have them delivered to us, we again let him know that it was only two but he was insisting that they remake the three.    Read moreI am the one that picked up the food. First off, we called an hour ahead. Your host said food would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. This was at 4:25 on Tuesday. My wife asked if it could be ready at 5:15 we were told no problem. I arrived around 5:15 the pizza was done. However the Steak hoagie and the sides were not. Your cashiers at register said the order was incomplete and they were working to have it finished. By the time the food was done , I waited for 20 minutes. So I had the cashier check the steak hoagie to make sure there was no cheese on sandwich. As my wife has food allergies. They did that correct. When I arrived at home my wife began eating the so called onion rings and discovered in fact that is was calamari . So we called your place of business talked to male host and asked for the manager. You can hear him tell the manager on duty that we need to speak to him and you can clearly hear manager say tell them i am not here. This place does not care about their customers. So If you would like for me to stop in your store to talk about this I would be more than happy to discuss this matter with the manager.    Read moreMy family and I ordered food from this organization. We ordered a 12 inch pizza, 3 garlic knots, steak hoagie, and what was supposed to be onion rings. When we got the food home, we didn't know that what was supposed to be onion rings was fried calamari. We contacted back as soon as we realized it was calamari and requested to speak with a manager. The person on the phone thought that they were muted or we could not hear them and told someone that we would like to speak with them regarding our order. I'm not sure who the person on the phone was talking to, but they said they were busy and the guy on the phone said there was no manager. Horrible way to conduct business as people may be allergic to fish and could've been seriously affected. Never go back there again.
