D & E-Z-O'S Pizza — Restaurant in Franklin Township

If I would have done this review a couple weeks ago, it would have been five stars. Hands down. The pizza is good. The customer service received this evening was horrible. My husband ordered a pizza with pepperoni and onion. He also wanted an order of fried mushrooms I went to pick the pizza up. First, I noticed the employee at the window didn't have a mask on. When he handed me the pizza, I realized I didn't have the order of mushrooms and went back around. The employee told me there were no mushrooms on the order. I get home and my husband opens the box to eat his pizza. The issue was instead of getting a side of mushrooms, the mushroom was added as a topping on the pizza. I called to voice my complaint. The girl who answered the phone pulled the wrong ticket, then tells me that the manager is the only one who can handle complaints and is on break returning in thirty minutes. The manager calls back, I tell her the situation, and she says, "I took the order and that is how he ordered the pizza." I was sitting next to him and heard him say large pep and onion with an order of breaded mushrooms. By this time I was watching the Super Bowl and didn't have time to debate back and forth. The fac that she stated she took the order doesn't mean it wasn't wrong. I can go on talking about this, but I've already taken up half screen. The bottom line is the customer service was horrible and that's all it takes to lose people (our family) as customers. They also need to utilize wearing...

Not pleased with my experience at all. Ordered pizza, moz sticks and a chicken finger basket and everything came cold and i was missing fries that I paid for. Granted, I let door dash deliver, mostly because the delivery service is way quicker, but my food was nasty and cold. I called to complain and the manager put all the blame on door dash. I am not quite sure how door dash would be responsible for cold food from brown rd to sullivant ave, less than a ten minute drive, when I was able to track their complete movement, and for not giving me the correct items. The manager also told me that my moz sticks were cooked the same time of my pizza and are typically cold at delivery because of the wait for everything else to cook. I sure wish they would advertise that before people go buying it, I could've saved my money and ordered from somewhere else where my door dash deliveries have always...

Spent almost $30 for 2 pizza’s and the crust was so hard we couldn’t eat them. Called to tell them about it and the manager told me that because we didn’t pick up in ten minutes and the pizzas was on the warmers, that’s what made the crust hard she says and it was our fault. If they knew the warmer would make the crust hard after 10 minutes why would you leave them there after 10 minutes? The warmers had nothing to do with the crust being hard as rocks the crust was burnt!! Straight up BURNT!!!!! She just didn’t want to replace them.
