Sharon was such a pleasure to work with and is worth every penny. She was easily accessible and easy to communicate with.

Now on to the food...don't walk, RUN to book her for your next event. We had never tried her food or even heard of Just Soul Catering before, we actually found her through a Google search and booked her with crossed fingers. The food SURPASSED our expectations. And we will be using her again, sooner than later.

Turkey Wings- Can't personally rate these, because people got them and went back for seconds before I got my plate. I heard zero complaints about these and was heartbroken I did not get to try them.

Jerk Chicken- Standard, but tasty and well seasoned and not too spicy for those with sensitive taste buds. 8/10

Mac and Cheese- Listen, I don't know what kind of witchcraft she does with this, but it's a HIT. We were fighting over the left overs! You won't be sorry about ordering multiple trays of this. 10/10

Tilapia- I don't like Tilapia and this dish was very good and a great compliment to the overall meal. It was fresh and tasty. 8/10

Green Beans- DELICIOUS. This was another dish we were fighting over. Do yourself a favor and order these! 10/10

Cornbread-Breakfast lunch, and dinner type of amazing! It complimented the meal, and was even better the next day with coffee and tea! 10/10

Rice- We ordered the regular white rice and the rice and peas. Both very good side dishes. And no complaints about either. 8/10

Again, I highly recommend Sharon and Just Soul Catering for your family or corporate needs. 10/10...

From my very first email to right after my event, JSC was a dream to work with. They responded to all my queries promptly and comprehensively, extended helpful accommodations, and provided stellar service.

Isabel, Ms. Sharon, and the staff serving at my event were simply lovely. They made a stressful planning process so much easier.

Last but not least, the food was INCREDIBLE! My guests raved about it for days after the event. I ordered oxtail, jerk chicken, mac and cheese, collard greens, and rice and peas—each dish was absolutely delectable. Despite intentionally over ordering, there was no food left by the end of the night. I’m not an easy sell, but it really was that good.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Just Soul Catering for an event with over 60 guests, and we are still raving about the experience! The food was absolutely phenomenal—bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with love. The chocolate-covered strawberries, adorned with rose petals, were a stunning and delicious surprise that perfectly matched our event’s aesthetic.

Despite a last-minute delivery delay, the team—especially Janice and Sibonne—handled everything with grace, professionalism, and heart. Their energy and care made a huge difference, and not a single bite of food was left behind (we really should’ve ordered more fried chicken!).
