Phil & Young's Tavern — Restaurant in Franklin Township

Stopped in around 8pm looking for a drink and maybe a bite to eat. The kitchen was closed indefinitely. Bartender was really nice so I got a beer and sat at a table no one was around. Looked at my phone for a bit and some guys came in and started playing pool. I watched their game for some entertainment. After the game was over two of them sat at my table with me and started giving me dirty looks. I made small talk about how I hadn’t played pool in years which came with no response. I sat for a moment and then thought screw this and stoop up to find another seat. Both guys stood up abruptly at the same time. Unprofessional unsocial staff, there was a really drunk a hole ruining the experience for everyone starting fights. I almost had to defend myself on several occasions, despite the obvious safety issues proposed by a patron, the lazy bartender made tender clear she was a lot more focused on getting off work. She continued to feed the already drunk patron dwhile he continued to instigate fights. Trust me and do yourself a favor. Don't go to this low rate, drug infested, dump of a bar. There's no selection of drinks and you'll want to bring some type of sanitizer just to be sure you don't...
