What a terrible experience… I have tried this place a few times and I really liked it. So I decided to bring home an entire feast for Mother’s Day for the family. Did not go as planned. I am very disappointed. First of all, why does a 24 piece chicken come with ONLY 2 SMALL individual sides?? Who orders a 24 piece for a family and only gets 2 SMALL SIDES!?!?! Strange. Crazy part is that the menu in the store and online clearly states you get 4 sides with a 24 piece but I walk in to order and get the most ridiculous number of sides and the most ridiculous size. And for the worst part…I PAID $80 for COLD LEFTOVERS!!! Leftover pieces of chicken and the box was full of cold, hard, dull wings - gross. When you order a multiple piece chicken basket you are supposed to get a full chicken not a box full of leftover wings and random stuff in there. The biscuits too. They were supposed to be the best part of it all but all I got was old biscuits that weren’t even properly cooked. *When they say your order will be ready in 15-20 minutes, it means THEY WILL GIVE YOU LEFTOVERS. It’s sad. It’s terrible. I had the worst experience for our Mother’s Day dinner....

I was recommended this establishment by the staff at the youth center, they said I should get the chicken and waffles, but i completely ignored that suggestion, i came in with my brother the outside was clean. and so was the inside not even a particle of dirt to be seen. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich combo, fries chicken sandwich and iced tea. The chicken was crispy and tender, and the sandwich was actually spicy. the fries were well seasoned, and the iced tea was sweet and refreshing best halal fried chicken I've had. i also got a biscuit and a milkshake. the biscuit was soft, sweet, and buttery. and the milkshake was good. it needed a little more ice-cream that's my only complaint the food was well priced, all of this was about 20 dollars. the staff were nice. The Afghanistani Owner and the Mauritanian man on the register were extremely nice. so was the chef in the back. this place deserves their 5 stars.
