The ladies at front counter were very nice and attentive. Now when it comes to management, rude and didnt care if an issue with the food had occurred. I'm a repeat customer and order the same thing a number of times, this time it looked as if the meat was missing, the bowl was half empty. I ordered a bbg bowl and like I said, half was missing. I asked where the meat was, I was told it was under the slaw. Here the problem there may had been 2 tablespoons of slaw so maybe 1 tablespoon of bbq. I will be contacting someone higher of the management ladder, to file a complaint. I'm a person, you show me respect, I'll show you the same. This person, showed none and she never even try to address the issue, would not even come to the counter, to discuss my problem. Boy, I'm upset, the people at this location knows us. I haven't seen this manger before. My opinion if this is how she addresses issues, maybe she is in the wrong business and don't belong in food service. Read moreThe manager Tiffany was very rude. I got 2 chicken sandwich meals, that of course were messed up LIKE ALWAYS. I called immediately as I got home, and talked to a manager that was a guy, he told me he'd remake both meals for the inconvenience. I told him I couldn't come back the same night due to me getting my kids in bed, and he told me he put my name in a book. My husband goes back a few days later to get my meals, and Tiffany was VERY VERY rude about it. She told my husband to tell me that the meals weren't messed up just the sandwichs and she wasn't going to fix everything just the sandwiches. But the other manager told me he was replacing the whole meals due to the inconvenience.
