Been here a few times and been disappointed everytime I've tried giving it a chance this last time around and it pretty much turned my stomach for me. Either you have to wait 15 minutes for a pizza or it looks old and slopped together poorly. I tried calling them after I had already got home to see that my pizza looked disgusting and there phone was off the hook so after multiple tries of contacting these people they finally pick up. The workers are very rude and wanted to argue about having to remake my pizza, all while offering to bring it up there to bring it to them to show them and upon arrival I hand them my pizza to which they tried to refuse to exchange it because of a piece missing out of it. I nicely told the lady that I didn't think she wanted me to put the half eaten piece inside of the box and continued to get loud and say their pizza is never old and it was old because I was 10 minutes from my pick up time on my online order. I've ordered many pizzas from many places and that topped it, my 2 toddlers could of made a better pizza. Would not recommend this place to anyone this place is ran by children who make pizza like a child and then get mad when someone isn't satisfied and would like to make an exchange. I'm a hard working person who works hard for my money so to be treated as such is uncalled for. In my opinion if you want pizza around the franklin area please go to domino's I've never been disappointed with them. The pizza always looks fresh there and the workers are so kind, I've never had any...
Read moreI'm not sure management at the new location understands how to prep for busy hours. Coming at night is useless because you have to wait for everything. If i wanted to wait i would go to papa johns and get a better pizza. Lunch experience was awful as well. I ordered the lunch special and the girl pulled 2 pizzas out, looked at both, and handed me the one that was the least gross. She knew both pizzas were "dead" (employees will understand) but still put it out the window, the time stamp wasnt marked (the time stamp is supposed to be 30 mins after it's boxed) so i couldnt tell how old the pizza i got actually was. I made a few mistakes back in my days of being a shift leader at LC, but never this consistently. Something has to change if you want your store...
Read moreI’m not sure of his name but the young man working Friday July 25th around 3:30-4pm, has awesome customer service. We had a long day and were exhausted and stopped in to get pizza for the drive home and we always request it be cut with a clean cutter due to allergies so we normally have to wait. He was more than happy to accommodate the request and after waiting we were getting ready to go back inside to check if it was ready when the young man brought it out to us, we’ve stopped at this little Caesar’s before and never had that happen. It may seem small but we really appreciated that. We would’ve gone through the drive thru but we had a truck and trailer and were unable to. As another comment said pizza is pizza but the service is what made...
