Clearly understaffed, and the communication between what staff there are is broken. I waited over half an hour inside for pickup after already waiting about that prior.
Then after the constant yelling and repeating because no one in the back listens or can hear over all the kitchen equipment, and having everyone's orders seemingly messed up or missing, mine was too.
I was offered by them to remake it, but who in their right mind would wait another hour to, possibly, get what they actually ordered? They were also missing and waiting for a cook to arrive and didn't know where they were.
Both the sauce and toppings were wrong, and it was very greasy and soaked on the bottom. It was decent enough, warm, but I can't believe I didn't get any sort of money back for getting only part of what I ordered at full price.
Their flipping back and forth between stressed repeated yells and laughing things off came off as total lack of coordination, not a functional establishment for any kind of important orders, like a birthday night was in my case. Very disappointing. I used to go here all the time and it was...

She said she didnāt know anyone still owed the money so paid her $50.00 remaining you my balance was $25 and cents. But whatever I went to the store and spoke the guy that took my order over the phone. He said he paid DoorDash not Pizza Hut but they use Door Dash service ?? So I got robbed over my money!! And I have all messages that say they received payment. But someone could tell were my money went and who I paid. That Pizza Hut sucks and itās sad for the town they have thieves employed...

Worker was nice and apologized but said the pizza had been sitting for over 30 mins waiting on a driver to pick it up. Waited another 20 mins and got an updated delivery of another hour wait. That's waiting 2.5 hours for a delivery less than 3 miles from the delivery address to the store. Stuck at home with three kids and can't leave. Absolutely ridiculous. Called and canceled the order after ordering Domino's and it arriving within 30 minutes. Second worker I talked to didn't even apologize for the mishap or huge inconvenience. We've already shunned the Bowling Green pizza hut for these same shenanigans. Now Franklin is off the lost. If you don't have drivers, don't accept the orders.
