I'm updating my review because of more than one instance of bad service at this location. I eat more than my fair share of Taco Bell. I even have one of those Taco passes. Today I placed an online order for beans and rice with extra rice, cheese and red sauce added, a medium Pepsi, a cheesy roll up and a DLT taco supreme. I'm sick in bed so my aunt went to pick up the order. They completely left out the Pepsi, didn't put the extra rice in and added maybe 10 grains of cheese for the sixty cents. When I called to complain, the person on the phone told me they were the GM but wouldn't give me their name. They then argued that my food was made correctly - even though there is less rice than in a normal order - and blamed their mistake on my aunt because she had more than one order. They did offer for me to come and get a replacement, but when I explained that I was unable to get out of bed, no refund or other solution was offered. They also included no utensils, no napkins and no sealed sticker. The manager kept trying to talk over me to defend herself and tell me she had done it right. I will definitely be contacting Corporate on Monday (since they are closed on the weekend). In the meantime, try the Portland location. Read moreI ordered 2 tacos and a burrito and the burrito was just as big as one of the tacos. I got ripped off because the food was hardly filling. To make matters worse when I opened my last taco it looked like someone spit on my taco. I was so disgusting that I threw it away. I called the store and they said they would give me a recook on the order. I never pursued the recook. Just tonight I was delivering food and what I saw an employee do was equally disgusting just tonight. He'd finished eating some food and went behind the counter and was licking his fingers like a dog licks itself. He never washed his hands then went and get a stack of napkins and set them down and then licked his fingers again then left. I commented on it to the manager and her excuse was that he was off the clock. Apparently being off the clock allows you to be disgusting. Needless to say that I'll never eat any food from this location. I'm not even that concerned about getting my recook. Who knows. Someone might lick their fingers and spit in the food. Read moreThey are really missing the mark on the concept of fast food. The type of food they are selling should provide for them to lead the way. Unfortunately this is not the case. After confirming the order at the drive through speaker it took 18 minutes to receive the food at the drive through window. It was simple combo meals as listed on the menu. There are obvious things that management can address that would have a little impact on wait time, concerning the workers. But the biggest issue is the design of the drive through that doesn't provide a way to pull forward to stack customers to keep the flow moving. A redesign of the drive through is required and until then, management needs to provide numbered pull around parking spots for the drive through customers and the workers need to bring it out to you during times they can't keep the flow. This is not a one time thing and I have heard stories of 30 minute wait times. This Taco Bell is losing out on potential.
