This review is strictly based on my experience from 8/17/22 at the Franklin, nh location. All previous times the pizza and service have been great.. My first complaint(which may just be my tastebuds being wacky)is; the pepperoni tasted different. It wasn't expired, it just tasted different...like as if they changed brands or something. The second and last complaint was that the crust was very thin in some sections, even my daughter commented how thin and floppy the center was on 2 out of the 3 pizzas we got. We decided to try having 1 of our pizzas cut in "squares" (I assume they don't do this very often because it ended up in several small(2-3 bites each) triangles and other shapes. The crust on this pizza was fine. All previous visits at this location have been great and look to be the same group of 3-4 20 something guys that work Wednesday nights. Maybe they just had an off night? We will try it again and see...
Read moreOkay, let's get the normal stuff out of the way. The food was great, the service was superb, and the new building design is Gucci. (Yes I know I just said Gucci, I thought it would be amusing) Now, on too my favorite part, Patrick. This man does his job with such focus and attention to detail it's mesmerizing. He is so unrealistically fast at folding boxes and spreading dough it's like watching a cartoon. His average box folding time (yes I used a stop watch) was 2.5 seconds. I arrived preemptively for my order to check out the new store and see how it was run, so I had a decent amount of time to watch him work. He never stops! Not once did I see him take a breath led alone a break. He deserves a handsome raise. (At least $2) He's well worth it. Everyone else was working very diligently too. Read moreSo at the Franklin location, as you are ordering, they start making it so if you want to adjust your order before you pay, you're not allowed to. And then if you call them (2min after ordering) and say hey I wanted to add this to it but it wouldn't let me the employee actually Will tell you no. I started making it before you were done ordering 'cause it pops up on our screen, but that's OK cause it's already on its way. When it is in fact not what you want and it's too late to fix it even though it's 3 minutes after you order by the time they answer. So then the person you're speaking to hands the phone off without saying anything And then the supposed manager tells you, no, it's fine, it's on its way if there's a problem call back (even though it is a problem cause it's not what you wanted) so it doesn't matter what you want and what you're paying for at...
