Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Franklin

Worst restaurant ever. Have always ordered delivery online from here. Less than a 10 minute drive from my house. Every time have had to wait over an hour before they would eventually tell me they delivered my pizza when they had not. Then had to wait another our for them to claim they remade my order and finally received it. Once they blamed a new driver. Every time I have met the driver it was a different person. One time the girl on the phone argued with me that the driver said I put the wrong apartment number and it was delivered to that address but in the same statement said there was no apartment number even visible on her computer screen . I have an account I sign into. I have not changed my address. I checked anyway and the address was correct and I checked the apt they claim they dropped it off at and no pizza (different lettered building and number on other side of apartments). After that I made a delivery note including the apt number for a second reference and Meet Customer, Do Not Leave at Door!!! Have not had a problem with it being delivered after that. Even though I had always had my account marked for hand delivery. Today I ordered. Every time I checked the tracker it said they just started to prepare it at the exact time I checked and then finally they had just put it in the oven. It took 2 hrs to receive my pizza. I only order here because of the prices and they supposedly deliver. I always worry when I have to reorder over the phone cause you never know what people like this may do to your food. I’m over it. I’m only leaving this review cause most other reviews at the moment are over 5 months old and I want other perspective customers to know they are still a terrible restaurant. Pizza is domino’s quality so it’s fine, but if you want to eat at any particular time and don’t want to be blamed and hassled by the restaurant staff take your money elsewhere. Never again from this store.

This order took 1hr 50min to receive. It was missing the soda i ordered still waiting on driver to return with soda and waiting for someone at store to answer phone over 2 hours after order and 15 minutes sitting on hold.

Still no drink and no answer from store 50 minutes...

Ordered pick up a few minutes before 10pm while at work, planning to time my break to when the pizza was ready for pick up. The tracker indicated my pizza was ready for pick up at 1008pm. I arrived at 1015. Waited in the drive thru line approx 10 minutes. The car ahead of me rcv'd their order and left. Staff came and took my money and said he'd be right back with the order. Approx 10 minutes goes by and it appears that this staff member was making a pizza. Surely it's not my pizza that was supposed to be ready... yup, it was the pizza I ordered and was told was ready for pickup over 30 minutes ago. He comes back to the window and states 'its almost ready, park up front and I'll bring it out to you' approx 10 minutes later he brings out my order. The pizza was spectacular, obviously this was his way of apologizing for the inconvenience. However I rcv'd no actual apology (which goes a long way) or explanation as to why my pizza wasn't ready when I arrived. The young man was alone in the building, so slow service is totally understandable but having the tracker system indicate the order was done when it was not, the staff member not explaining he was just now making my pizza, and the lack of apology of any kind is unacceptable. This caused me to be 20 minutes late returning to work, which I got in trouble for AND I wasn't able to eat until my next break,...

This place almost always gets my order perfect. I hate sauce, and the people at this store know what "light sauce" means. Plus, it's delicious and better than the Hut. As someone mentioned, yes, they do now charge for extras like Parmesan and crushed pepper, but fault for that lies with their completely out-of-touch and run-by-dimwits corporate office. They've received many complaints, and they've reported them, so don't blame that on the hard workers at the store. My only issue with them is that they don't wear gloves or anything on their hair. Nasty. Apparently they aren't breaking any ordinances/regulations or whatever, but I would be much happier if they would at least wear gloves. 3 stars for touching my food with no gloves. **EDIT 10/01/2017 - The past few months have been hit and miss. I think they had staffing problems and the result was horrible pizza and attitude service over the phone. I tried them again tonight, pizzas were BEAUTIFUL and tasted great, too. Considering the past few months, was this a fluke or did they work everything out and get back to it?...
