I will not go back to this place after going in and paying for a hot coffee and was given cold coffee. When I took the coffee back in and made a complaint the female working claims to be the general manager got an attitude and when I question her attitude due to them giving me something I did not order. She then proceeded to deny making me a new hot coffee and stated she was refunding me. She was not professional and I have been serving the public for over 30 years and to see how she was behaving, I am amazed they have her working with the public. When I ask her for her boss, she stated she was GM so she is boss. Eventually some man claiming to be her boss came up and ask what was going on. I explained that what happened and told him waiting for my refund but she was so frazzled and upset that she finally got my refund. I won't step foot back in a place that allows employees treat paying customers that way. Don't want people to complain, then give people what they paid for without mistreating your customers. What I seen, they cater to drive through and let people inside wait. Worst experience I ever had and again if the general manager behaves that way I can imagine how the rest of the staff is. I don’t always have the best experience with certain employees, but overall I’m usually satisfied when I leave! EDIT: normally, i have a pretty good experience here, and have become a bit of a regular. today, there was entirely different staff from what i am used to, and oh boy, was their service the opposite of what i am used to. they were rude, making snarky comments about having literally 4 people in line, kept having me repeat myself several times just to mess up my very small order of a coffee and two donuts (gave me the wrong donut, after asking me three times which one i ordered) and the coffee which i always get and love, tasted HORRIBLE. if i’d had time i would’ve turned around and gotten it remade, it was just inedible. like, i’m sorry you clearly hate your job and are rude, but i was perfectly polite, as i always am being in food service myself, and i am so disappointed. it truly is not that hard to do at least the bare minimum of your...
Read moreIf I could rate this establishment a zero, I would. With no one in line in front of me, once I stepped up to the register, it took more than 10 minutes to even be greeted. A worker even made eye contact, and didn't come up to utter even an "I'll be right with you." Eventually, the only person at the subway counter who had been continually working right next to the Dunkin Donuts came to offer help. Another subway employee wouldn't even properly don her face mask. We just wanted to get our food and leave. My companions and I leave to continue our 13 hour trip of essential travel to find our food is incorrect and it has left one of us unable to consume the food we recieved due to health restrictions. We called, rather upset at this point because our entire experience was trash, and were met with a huge attitude on the phone by Ashley.
