Hank's Coffee Station - Franklin — Restaurant in Franklin

Hi! So, this is my very first time visiting this location. I was a regular at the Leipers Fork location when their little trailer was parked there. I was extremely disappointed when I found out they closed their location in Leipers Fork. I went to this location in W Main and was not impressed at all. The seating situation was a little awkward. There was no bathroom for customers which I’ve never seen before. We all know that when we’re drinking coffee we definitely will need a bathroom. Sorry, TMI but it’s just not practical to not have a public bathroom for customers at a coffee shop. The customer service was lacking for me. I enjoy going to a coffee shop where the staff laughs with you and makes conversation. I was just not getting that. What I loved about Hanks is that they are the only coffee shop I know of that offers pistachio milk and their coffee is amazing! However, the great coffee and the pistachio milk just doesn’t make up for all of the other negatives. So, unfortunately I won’t be returning and that is why I have to give them...

I had a meeting in Franklin this morning and had the absolute PLEASURE of making a pit stop at Hank's before. This was probably the most welcomed I've ever felt at a new place.

Parking isn't plentiful so I had to circle the block to find a spot, but when I did a really lovely person helped my with parallel parking. Lo & behold it was one of the owners! Inside, I was met by one of the kindest cashiers I've ever experienced, Ella May, and then sat down to work on some emails. The interior of the shop is gorgeous and obviously meticulously curated. The ambiance is warm and inviting. There were plenty of friends meeting up and kind exchanges between strangers. I actually pushed my meeting back to enjoy it a bit more! When I left, the other owner asked me how the service was, thanked me for coming in, and let me know about an upcoming event.

Hank's Coffee is an absolute gem in Franklin! The cozy yet vibrant atmosphere makes it the perfect place to settle in with a great cup of coffee, and the friendly staff truly elevates the experience.

I ordered the Whipped Honey Latte, and from the first sip, I knew I had found something special. The whipped honey added a silky, airy texture that blended seamlessly with the smooth espresso and perfectly steamed milk. The natural sweetness of the honey was delicate yet deeply flavorful, striking a perfect balance--neither too sugary nor overpowering. Every sip was like a warm, velvety hug with just a hint of floral richness.
