Hardee's — Restaurant in Franklin

Today will be the last day that Hardee’s in Franklin takes my money. First off, we were one of two vehicles in the drive thru lane at this time. We were in the front. Before we even finished placing our single order, the high school boy who was receiving our order, randomly switched his microphone off and a woman came on instead. Second, we handed this boy our card and our ($5 off $20+) coupon. He made an oop kind of face and said nothing. He handed me the card back, and proceeded to take roughly 5-7 min to bring out our food. Never told us to pull up, nor what we were waiting for. While waiting, there were two female associates, one who acted as a manager, standing at the register and one leaning on the kitchen table behind her. Window was wide open and all we heard was associate gossip while waiting on our food. The boy handed us our food, without a receipt. So I kindly asked for our receipt and he handed it to me. Our coupon was NOT applied to our order, also after checking our bags, they left out one of our sandwiches, which was a $5.59 sandwich. This has been an issue in the past, and we have also been told before that due to an associates mistake, that we would have to pull back around, behind multiple cars, to correct their mistake. If you expect decent customer service, to get every single item you paid for, cool and fresh drinks, and a hot and tasty meal all in one, this is the LAST place that I would recommend...

Came to Hardee’s today after leaving the car show in Franklin , they gave away my dad’s food at the drive thru & didn’t want to remake his order . After he said well at this point it should be free the lady said excuse me sir no it ain’t gonna be free ( rolling her head ) he didn’t care he just wanted his $14 burger he just purchase not to mention I spent $60 on top of that meal … she told HIM TO GET OUT OF HER STORE ! All he wanted was his money or his food … very rude ! She did finally give him his money back after he caused a scene ! I apologized to the only one other family eating there because we had to get rude back with the staff… I highly DONT recommend this Hardee’s unless they find someone to replace the rude lady ( in black ) so I’m guessing she’s a manger … they also had no lids for small cups ( and wanted to upcharge for a large ). I understand it’s Hardee’s and I understand mistakes happen but the way she popped her mouth off was uncalled for ! I didn’t get her name. I don’t care to get her name … or the two younger boys . ( the guy who took our order thank you for being respectful & not popping an attitude when we asked could you tell them what our order was because you didn’t hand him a receipt ) but wish you would of spoke up sooner because you also told him you were headed up to get his food &sat down because they wouldn’t remake it .. My husband and I decided to drive 30 minutes just to get some Hardee’s because we don’t have one at our hometown. We were planning on dining in so we placed our order and proceeded to go have a seat. Well I had asked for a side of pickles and they forgot them which was no big deal so I decided to go back to the counter and get them. As I approached the counter the guy came around the corner and decided to snatch a fry from the fry station with his bare hands and eat it in my face 😡 , so I tried to overlook that situation and asked for the pickles that were left off my order. I look at the guy on backline and he’s back there typing away on his cellphone WITH his gloves on and after he finally finished texting he decided to grab my pickles WITH the same gloves he just had all over his nasty phone. I was so highly upset because as a GM of a fast food restaurant myself that just irked me because that’s totally disgusting. I politely took the pickles and tossed them in the trash in their face and got my stuff and left. I love eating Hardee’s Frisco Burgers, but that just turned me away from this specific location.
