The food tasted great, although I've never seen fries and cheese make up half of a salad; didn't expect that. Ask what's in each option if you haven't gotten it before. It's a cute little Italian restaurant. Our server was really sweet and was very helpful in recommending stuff to us when we asked. She wasn't all that attentive, but they were pretty busy so I understand that. Sufficient service despite how busy they were. It was the perfect spot and the perfect food for my husband and myself right then. Thanks Leonardo's for a great date night. I hope we can visit again when we're in the area.

The food is definitely delicious. I loved the stuffed rigatoni and the bread omg. ...!!! The only downside is, is it is too crowded not enough space for everyone. Lots of people coming in and I feel bad for the staff because they are so overwhelming and trying their best to take care of everyone and it is so difficult. Our waitress Kaycee hands down awesome she did her best but the poor girl is just running around like a chicken. The chocolate milk is gross. It didn't taste like chocolate milk to me. The rest of the stuff was alright.

Leonardo's was really great! Our first time here and the staff went well above and beyond. Graciously seeing to our odd requests and making us feel right at home. This happened to be the Saturday night of Mother's Day weekend, and as we were leaving this place got slammed. The servers here are experts and didn't miss a beat with our table or any others 👑 We enjoyed a small cheese pizza, the stuffed shells with homemade marinara sauce was fabulous and I can't wait to destroy this chocolate torte and tiramisu 2nite!!

Very disappointed! Let me preface this with the fact that I and my family have been patrons of this place for over 30 years. Sadly, the quality of the food and service here has been on a steady decline for some time now. However, my family’s most recent experience (this past week) prompted me to finally take the time to author this review in the hopes that perhaps management will take it to heart and take a hard look at their operation. To further explain, just prior to the restaurant’s closing for the Christmas holiday, I was home from FL and wanted food from Leonardo’s. Despite nearly 20-30 minutes of trying to call in and place an order, we were unsuccessful in getting someone to answer the phone. Rhetoric around town suggests that we are not the only folks to whom this has been happening. The phone rings and rings, non-stop, then disconnects.

The food we have gotten there the past couple of times has been, at best, mediocre. The torpedo sub that was once a menu-icon has become an embarrassment, to say the least. Suffice it to say that a 5-dollar foot-long from Subway would easily rival its current quality and quantity. The same stands true for the grilled chicken salad. What has happened to the deep-fried cauliflower? Perhaps a change in vendors to reduce overhead costs?? Well, you’re driving away clients, as word is starting to make its way around town.

This past week, my parents experienced a colossal failure in ordering and hoping for decent food. Upon placing their order, they were advised of a 30 minute wait. No problem at all! After arriving to pick up the order 30 minutes later, they had to wait an additional half hour once inside. They observed absolute chaos and total mayhem behind the counter. It turns out the food was cold and honestly should have never been allowed to leave the restaurant. Ironically, a couple of other customers were also upset and having the same experience and shared with my father that they, too, were ready to no longer order from there due to service and quality issues.

I would suggest, in sincere interest of the restaurant and its viability for the future, that you all take a hard look at operations as well as the quality of the food and customer service. There is enough up and coming competition, namely the local breweries and neighboring restaurants that will “eat your lunch,” and rightfully so at this point. It’s honestly very sad, and moreover, completely unnecessary that a Franklin-area staple is seemingly dying a slow death. I wish you the best and hope to hear of improvement, and until this is the case, it’s very doubtful that any of us...

My niece &I ate at Leonardo's twice in the weekend we were in Franklin PA. We were walking through the town and walked past this amazing restaurant where the aroma pulls you inside. And the food is every bit as delicious. We had a pepperoni & and mushroom that day for lunch with tiramisu for dessert The following evening, I had their fried ravioli & canolli ,my niece had a personal size piazza, which was the size of a normal small pizza . They hav an amazing menu, and all the food looked awesome going to the other tables. This was before attending the concert at the Borrow civic center theater, which is what took us to Pa. In the first place. Will definitely return when I return to Franklin, Pennsylvania again. Maybe next year, for another Elvis Forever tribute concert . I live in Ohio, so it's not just a matter of...

The food here can only be described as great! Anything you want that’s Italian is probably on the menu plus some things you’ve probably never heard of. My personal pick is the calzones, which reminds me, the portions are huge here. It’s likely that if you’re going to have any of the bread that they serve as a precursor to your meal, and/or a salad, I would recommend just getting a half size when available. On the other hand however, what’s wrong with taking some of this wonderful food home with you? The staff is also polite to those they are waiting on. The atmosphere is good with lighting that feels warm and cozy along with the layout of the restaurant making you feel separate from the outside world, which is a nice touch. You’ll have to wait a little bit longer for your food, but I think it’s...
