Mama Cee's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Franklin

Avoid , this place like the plague. Honestly I initially loved this place , however they have NEVER gotten my order right. Even worse, the last time I ordered a sausage pizza, I came in to pick it up, they handed it to a lady who left the store, and came back a minute or so later. The lady told them she ordered pepperoni, this was sausage. The guy points to the only other box on the oven and tells the young lady at the counter "check that one". She does and says "It's pepperoni, we must have accidentally switched them", and proceeds to put to put back the pizza that the lady had already taken outside on the oven. When I tell her I'm here to pick up my order she grabs the same outside box to give it to me. I pointed out that she just took the pizza from the lady who took it outside, and the guys tells her we'll make a new one.

It gets better, while waiting for my new pizza to get cooked. one of the employees (HS aged light brown/blonde hair) dressed in street clothes.Comes from outside with about 3 other friends, says he's getting off and has to get his stuff. Goes behind the counter, looks at the slices, grabs two (one in each hand) motions likes he's weighing them in his hands as he's deciding. Picks one, and puts the other one back in the display cabinet and goes in to the back. He didn't wash his hands, wear gloves, or at least have the courtesy to take both slices he handled with his dirty hands.

If I could give a negative star I would. Ever since mama cee's switched ownership it has gone downhill. The prices skyrocketed, the service is worse, the pizza awful, delivery times are ridiculous and owner is not nice. I ordered a pie and was told 45 minutes to an hour for delivery on a Monday night. It's never been that bad on a weekday. But I didn't get my food in their time frame, I got it an hour and a half after I ordered it and my food was ice cold and not to mention I got the taco pie it was so spicy we couldn't eat it. It was like bitting into a ghost pepper hot!! I called and spoke to owner who said they make their taco pizza spicy and that she could make me another pie because it was cold but that it would be another 45 minutes to an hour for another one to be made and delivered. We tried this place about 8 years ago and didn’t care for it much, we won gift certificates at a party so we figured we would try it again. I ordered a large pie well done with extra cheese, my husband picked it up and when he got it home there was a puddle of water in the center of the pie. I called them and explained the problem they told me if I bring the pie back they will make a new one. He went back got a new one and it was just as bad if not worse.
