The only reason I gave this review 1 star is because I couldnt give it anything less. We WERE frequent patrons of this store since it first was built in 2015, and back THEN there were no problems. Flash forward to 2020 and the store has almost literally gone to hell. The last 3 weekends we've gone, our order was jammed into the smallest bag possible, totally ruining our meal. Today, July 11th at 7:46pm we came to the drive thru and placed an order for nearly $30 and asked the order taker to please put our order in multiple bags. When we got to the window our order was in two bags...1 of which only had a potato griller in it..the other SEVEN items were jammed into another bag. When the store manager Kristen came to the window after we asked if our order could be put into separate bags, she rudely grabbed it from our hands, slammed the order on the counter (I was watching this whole thing) and jammed everything into 3 separate bags, breaking the crunchy tacos in the process. She came to the window, threw the bags at us, and slammed it shut, walking away while waving her left hand in the air in a dismissive manner as she stormed off. We waited at the window until a young Male crew member came up and we said we wanted an apology from Kristen. He relayed HER message to us saying "She's not coming to the window to apologize and said you can call corporate if you want to." This is the LAST time we are going to this location for ANYTHING, and may make the 45 minute drive to the Milford PA store simply to avoid this UNBELIEVABLY RUDE crew. I recommend NOBODY going to this location on Route 23 N in Franklin NJ because their service is...
Read morewell it's taco bell, what could go wrong? first off, this place is SMALL. the line to order food can easily reach the middle of the seating area on a typical day. no good. it's easily the smallest freestanding taco bell i've ever seen, which is sad. they could have done so much with it. as it stands, forget going here during peak times. you simply won't be able to get in or out, which brings me to my second point:
whoever designed the parking lot should be fired. there's exactly one entrance/exit, and parking spaces are located on either side of the drive through line. this means that whenever anyone is actually in the drive through line, your car is blocked from entering or exiting the spot. you're left to either wait patiently for the drive through to calm down or (awkwardly) get out of your car and ask the people waiting in the line to move their cars forward/backward so you can squeeze out. it is a complete disaster and frankly i've never seen anything like it.
specific to my visit, the person taking the order was deathly ill and was coughing all over everything. credit card, receipt, drink cups, everything. terrible thing to see from a food establishment. also, our modest order took 15 minutes to be prepared. i get they just opened, but it's taco bell. nothing there should take 15 minutes to be prepared, and they appeared to be well-staffed. i'll certainly give them another shot, but first impression is not a good one...
12/4/16 update: this is the coldest restaurant I've ever been to. Almost unbearably cold. Wear a coat if you're...
Read moreYou get one star. I work as a restaurant manager, you take a long time to answer at the monitor (screen) and when you do it is not a polite greeting, my order is correct on the screen but when I come after 12 p.m. or 2 p.m. after work to buy my dinner it has been wrong now for the last 3 eeksw. I am sensitive to sour cream and I order it with no sour cream on my bufalo nacho fries and I get it the last two times I've came there as well as three weeks ago I got a nacho taco with sour cream. Screen was correct. again the screen is correct the food maker is messing it up. And by the way besides the need of training and customer service and hospitality on every crew member, must say food was good 3 weeks ago now my order is getting messed up even though it's complete on the screen. The food is inedible for me cuz it has sour cream on it but my transportation is limited, so your afternoon cook really needs to learn how to pay attention to what he's doing when he makes people's food because I am a daily loyalcustomer but now I'm about to switch to another restaurant because I cannot eat sour cream I have scraped it off with a fork but it should not lead to this. I hate bk but you guys are not...
