To be honest in the past I have had horrible experiences at this McDonald's and many other restaurants in general it seems ever since COVID declined everything in America lol, BUT I can say this for sure ever since an obvious uphaul and restaffing that has been done here I cannot say anything less than complimenting towards the appearance and the staff in this location, especially the super Early and mid-afternoon/early pm staff. Shout Out to the ONLY male tattooed manager that handles this location with morals and politeness, never once have I witnessed him or his crew be anything less than polite and professional. And they aren't miserable as previous workers had come off. If ever there has been an error in my order, which will happen any and everywhere you go from time to time especially with modification happy family members such as mine, he/they have repaired the issue no matter how big or small with minimal question (only the required ones by the company) and with complete empathy and apology. So needless to say this is the go-to location for me and my kiddos and I can guarantee a much improved experience regardless of your past experiences because the staff of a location will truly make for a satisfying experience, and with the critic I can find myself - if I'm vouching for this location, it's staff and the managers..... They have improved significantly
Also the biggest compliment is that I never ever have not seen this manager out in the middle of everything, he is not hiding in the back, but rather he is out in the front line helping, assisting, cooking, packing, taking orders, whenever he is needed and wherever. That's...
Read moreWas a bit upset as this was the second place I attempted to get a desert and noticed people not wearing masks correctly. I left the first establishment, without saying a word. Well, I had it when arriving at the McDonald's window in Franklin right off of 75 and seeing improper mask wearing. So I said something to the cashier first who was half masking. Then to the Gentleman Daniel(who did not have a name tag), who retorted back with a rude comment. I have to say though, Daniel is a true stand up guy. He put his mask over his mouth and nose, and apologized saying it's been a rough night. That is a true man. I said thank you and not to worry. I can completely understand, but we both understood each other. That is what counts. This is how we should be, respecting one another. Daniel had enough respect as being a retail food employee to see it is important to practice safe food handling, no matter how inconvenient, just to make the customer feel comfortable to shop there. I showed respect by showing remorse and forgiveness due to his unfortunate evening. Kudo's to Daniel for being a stand up guy! He does need a name tag though, I think everyone needs to kinda revamp their uniforms on...
Read morePlease don't waste your time or money coming to this McDonald's, maybe before it was worth going and eating food that you knew was cooked with love and care, and it was clean, now days you go and what they give you is disgusting food that you know that the person who made it made it quickly and didn't care if the customer would like it or not. Here they don't take the customer into account, it seems they have people working in the kitchen who are new and it seems like they don't care about the customer, please don't spend your money at this McDonald's go somewhere else where the employee does care about the quality of food that they serve to the customer, here it seems that the people who worked in the kitchen are no longer there and they have a new one because the food is terrible, terrible, terrible and nothing is fresh like before and the sandwiches are made horrible, very sad because this McDonald's was excellent I can't say the same thing anymore. PEOPLE don't waste your...
