This particular McDonald's location appears to be consistently slow and inefficient in its service. On multiple occasions, I have visited the establishment in the morning to purchase breakfast burritos on my way to work, only to encounter extended wait times. It seems that the preparation of these burritos is particularly challenging for the staff, as they invariably request that I wait. Furthermore, the staff's unprofessional demeanor and apparent lack of concern further exacerbates the situation. On one occasion, I waited for approximately 23 minutes at the drive-through to receive two happy meals, only to discover upon inspection that the protein items were missing from the boxes. Upon bringing this error to the attention of a staff member, I was met with a dismissive response, which further escalated the situation. I would like to challenge anyone to attempt to place an order at the drive-through, as the average waiting time for substandard food is between 10 and 20 minutes.food. I would like to bring to your attention the unsatisfactory experience I had at your establishment on July 5, 2021, at approximately 17:30 hours. Upon inquiring about the availability of fresh chicken nuggets, I was informed that none were available but that fresh ones could be prepared. However, upon receiving and consuming the nuggets, it became evident that they had been prepared much earlier, possibly during lunchtime, and had been reheated in a microwave.
Subsequently, I contacted the restaurant with the expectation of receiving a gift card as compensation for the inconvenience. However, the individual who identified herself as the manager was dismissive and frequently interrupted me, attempting to justify her position rather than addressing my concerns.
It is with regret that I must express my dissatisfaction with the overall state of this particular McDonald's location. The recurring issues with staff behavior and the subpar quality of food have led me to the conclusion that it would be in the best interest of all parties involved if this establishment were to cease operations.
Regrettably, this is not an isolated incident, as numerous customers have reported similar experiences regarding both the staff's conduct and the quality of the food served. It is disheartening to observe that despite paying for the food, customers are subjected to an unpleasant and disrespectful attitude.

Once the order was complete, it provided a map to get to the closest McDonalds. Got there no problem. Pulled into the pick up and entered the number to let them know I was there.
Several minutes later my order came out. My guess is most if not all of them were made fresh because they were fairly hot.
Everything about the experience was good but would have been excellent if the food was brought out in less than 5 minutes but it was not. I may be mistaken, and McDonald's can correct me, but I do believe drive through is less than three minutes on the clock. I would think pick up should be the same.
Update: 21-Oct-2022 Slightly disappointing. Ordered my mail through the app again, the first thing it asked is if I wanted to take advantage of the free medium fry with at least $1 purchase on Friday deal? Of course I said yes! And so I proceeded to order my food. Just before paying I noticed the fries were not there so I started over. Same thing. I figured it must be buried deep in the order because I wasn't paying for it so I continued to payment.
Picked up my order, and what do you know? No French fries. I asked if I was not eligible for the free fries, and I was told that it should be a coupon in the app. Even after my full detailed explanation of how it didn't work for me there was no offer for the free fries.

The Happy Meal rules the tender Spirit of any child who's allowed to eat the deliciousness that McDonald's offers us all. Dare I say some of my best memories have a Happy Meal in my hand. Some of my children's best memories are Happy Meal related.
Oh I remember the Glory Days, when we would have to assemble our own McDonald's plastic toys from the Happy Meal box, but first we have to ripped it out of plastic and then tear it from plastic to make it all happen fantastic. So what did happen at this McDonald's when we went to get a Happy Meal for our kiddos? Nothing really out of the blue except the new employee made a little bit of a mistake and we, the McDonald's customer, the McDonald's loyal customers, actually we benefited from this new employees mistake.
McDonald's as a business that's some pretty good stuff when they make a mistake.
