Mr. Art’s is by far my favorite new addition to Franklin. Not only is the cafe adorably cozy, warm, and simple - the coffee and food are top notch, and it couldn’t be run by sweeter people. The coffee is always so smooth, never ever bitter, and I love that they craft their own syrups. I’m not even much of a coffee person (I’m a tea gal) and I love theirs - which speaks volumes. Highly highly recommend their JuJu Bee, which is a cinnamon honey latte. I have never had anything like it - it reminds me of Cinnamon Toast Crunch in a cup and it is delectable. Their breakfast tacos and bowls are the best I have had - always so incredibly fresh and flavorful. And the salsa - good lord, it needs to be bottled and sold because it is just outrageous! And their muffins are out of this world - especially the orange blossom, but really any of them are fantastic. So perfectly moist and soft. I really adore how the cafe is a family-run affair, and appreciate that everyone is so sweet and caring. We are always checked on multiple times, and love having conversations with Mr. Art and his fam. My mom even had breakfast one morning with his mother, just because they struck up a lovely conversation. Seriously the best place with the warmest people and I couldn’t be happier for them. My husband and I love going every Saturday. Go check them out! You absolutely...

Mr. Art’s Coffee in Franklin is phenomenal! We stopped in this morning and ordered a breakfast sandwich, a breakfast bowl, a cold brew, and a decaf Americano with caramel—and every single thing was delicious.

Vibe: This spot is family-owned, and the folks who run it are genuinely kind. The interior is cute and welcoming, and the bathrooms are adorable—fun and whimsical touches that make you smile. Plus, parking is super easy, which makes getting in and out a breeze!

Food: Absolutely delicious! You can choose from breakfast tacos, sandwiches, or bowls, and the common thread is the incredible quality. They all feature potatoes, eggs, bacon, cheese, fresh cilantro, and a homemade salsa that’s made fresh every morning—and you can taste the difference. If you’re not into spice, the salsa does pack a punch, but it’s so worth it. I had to skip the avocado due to an allergy, and my bowl was still outstanding. Their muffins looked fabulous, and I have a friend who raves about their cinnamon rolls!

Coffee: Their cold brew is spot-on and delicious. They also make their own syrups without the junk, and the caramel one...

Incredible from the moment we walked in. Extremely friendly service- this guy should be a radio or show host or something- he’s so well spoken and has such a lovely personality. He even greeted a few customers by name and had memorized their orders! The area is very clean and well lit with a nice presentation of baked goods. My girlfriend had an iced oat milk wi to caramel and absolutely loved it. I’m from San Antonio, Texas so I was a bit hesitant to try their TexMex breakfast tacos. They were the best breakfast tacos in all of Tennessee- I’ve been living here for a while now and these tacos blew everything else I’ve tried here out of the water. I’m vegetarian so just requested them without bacon and they were drool-worthy! I’m so upset that I only discovered this place a couple of days before I move out of state again because these are tacos I already know I’ll be craving. Exceptionally tasting breakfast tacos with exceptionally...
