Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Franklin

So I ordered pizza tonight first time in 2025.. Its 6/13. waited an extra 30 minutes on my pick up order.. I get it.. its a Friday but when you order a pizza for carryout at 6:15 PM and you arrive at 6:50 to pick it up and the pizza hasn't even been started "as far as cooking" and the pizza is not done till 7:20 PM. When the little girl brings the pizza to my car. I have to request a copy of my receipt for the rewards points, which I was only delivered the merchant reciept.. no reward code on those. She refused my 5$ tip for my wait. "that was nice considering an hour+ wait. Delivered a receipt with no information on it to what I ordered. My extra marinara sauce which I paid for a didn't recieve, and not even bring able to collect rewards point for it like I'd ever choose papa johns again, or even order pizza through an automated system with almost no store representative as a contact.

All in All just a bad experience, I have a copy of a merchant receipt, not even one that explains what pizzas I ordered, or my Sauce which I paid extra for and didn't recieve... Might just quit eating pizza all together. never had a 6$ digiorno give me...

Johnathan is on a power trip took two hours more than expected to get my order I called he said he has one driver and he voided my order he’s a hit head manger or shifted because his gm is on vacation I always had good fast service the town I’m from I would t order it from here… he ask me my name to skip the other two people in front of my for delivery… I told him that’s now how it works or he ask me my name to tamper me pizza… power trip since his gm is on vacation “ in the Catalina’s “ I’d rather stick to pizza huts trash pizza than him duck with my food or put other people who call in front of my delivery… order ended up being voided 2 1/3...

Placed a order online, but the iPad messed up somehow. It tried to give a $18.00 tip. I'm all for tipping a delivery driver well, but this is higher than the order total. Called the store to try to correct the tip, but the manager on duty (Adam) thought that being condescending and disrespectful was a better route than apologetic and helpful. I tried calling back to resolve the issue, and was threatened with being banned from ordering from there again. I've contacted corporate over the matter, but as long as Adam works there(or his friends, it's a really small town), my business will go to Pizza Hut! God knows I don't want...
