31W Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Franklin

We have never been here before, excited for a new dinning experience and favorable bar and grill style food. We ordered a burger and a taco bowl. Food was great but the fries were cold 🫤 like really cold, and my taco bowl missing the shredded cheddar cheese. Service was okay. I felt like an inconvenience when I asked for my missing cheddar and was brought white shredded melting cheese to which I said nothing. Prices were a bit high but in this economy what do you expect. My Bahamas mamma was $9+ 😬 but it was good. They do have some keto drinks they had good boy seltzer they were refreshing. Everything seemed good and they accept Military discount here just as all businesses should. I personally think this is a 4* place just wish service was a better they didn’t check on us while eating but stopped at the table to tell me no to go cups are allowed, I do respect that however could of came to our table to check on us. This place is fairly new and my fiance and I wanted to try it. First and foremost the service was phenomenal. Our waiter was on top of everything and so kind. even the other staff made sure to check on us and just have conversation.They definitely gave off the vibe that they cared 🙏. The food was excellent, I got the 31w burger which was amazing. I'm a red Robin fan but this burger was by far better than my usual favorites. The baked potato that accompanied my burger was delicious. Buttery, cheesy and surprisingly topped with an actual piece of bacon. The pricing was really good too we got (in Total) 2 drinks, chips and salsa (got it as a side) a Cuban sandwich, 31w burger and fries for $22 bucks. I've been to 31W Bar and Grill about 10 times now - all for lunch - as I'm here for Business. I have a few thoughts:

-The menu variety is great. -Service overall has been good. -The restaurant and bathrooms are consistently clean.

The quality of the entire menu is great. I have ordered salads, regular bar food, and tex-mex food. The quality is greater than most bars/mexican restaurants I've been to in bigger cities. The only other restaurant I've been to in Franklin is Brickyard Cafe, and I would eat at 31W bar and grill over that place for any meal. I think 31W bar and grill is a great option if you are looking for something quick that isn't $$$. I'll continue to regular this place when I'm back...
