KFC — Restaurant in Franklin

Kentucky Fried chicken was always my favorite chicken for 20 years, but now they have changed. Went to the one in Franklin Kentucky and ordered 3 piece dark meat with potatoes and Cole slaw. The girl at the window said it was 2 thighs and a leg. when they brought my food out they said for me to check it cause they didn't know if the order was correct. I saw 3 pieces of chicken , but when I got home it was 2 tiny legs and a breast. I don't like white meat. The crust on original recipe was hard and greasy. They gave me 2 orders of mashed potatoes and the cole slaw was nasty. I couldn't eat it cause it tasted spoiled. Even though I go to KFC quite often and always have a good experience with quality cleanliness and service. My experience today was exceptional. We are doing a fundraiser for a person and I needed a large amount of biscuits. The manager, even though they were busy took the time to contact someone to see if they could donate it. They donated nearly half of The biscuits I needed and also donated a large amount of chicken which I'd never even asked for.... It was extra special to me that they took care of a person in the community in this way.... Ordered 2 #13 and my wife ask for onions to the cashier and the girl ask the manager and she came up front with a loud voice saying why would have onions we are a chicken place not a burger joint she also said that the only reason we have tomatoes is because we serve wraps. That's not all when we got our food and sit down we had only 1 order so I took receipts back to the manager and she said you sure you didn't get both orders snd I said no she said go sit down and I'll bring it out and I said no ill wait and she looked over to our table I think she thinks we were lying about out order to get more good .
