Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Franklin

Horrible service !!!!!!! My food wasn't all in the bag. I told the carhop I was missing the toy and fries from the wacky pack and and a medium order of tots. She came back with the toy. I said I'm still missing the tota and fries. Her response was my manager said it was all in there. I said its definitely not I looked. I asked "can I speak to the manager, can you please have her come out here. " she said yes and went in. I waited 10-15 minutes thinking maybe she was busy. Finally after seeing the man next to me pull back in because he was missing food , I decided to push the button again . I politely asked for my fries and tots. When the carhip brought them out I asked her why the manager never came she looked dumbfounded. I said did you even tell her I wanted to speak with her she said yes I did. I then looked up and seen who I believe to be the manager she was wearing a different shirt and atleast one other carhop watching me through the window. I then asked for her name. Tbe car hop said "chelle" I came home and told my husband about it. He called sonic. Chelle answered she basically said I was a liar. She went back and forth with him and hung up on him multiple times. She even called the cops and said he threatened her ! Something needs to be done about this lady asap. She is rude and very unprofessional. We will be calling corporate first thing in the morning and we have all the proof we need that she was in the wrong. She needs to be fired on...

We are huge fans of the Sonic brand and were really looking forward to the familiarity of good food after a long leg of heading home from vacation.

The order was read back from the window correctly, so we assumed everything they were giving us was correct. But then they didn't give us our last of four drinks...something seemed off. They quickly got us the missing drink and we were off.

Upon arrival to the hotel, we divided the bags among us based on how Sonic had distributed the food that needed to be paired together (Order 1 Burger with Order 1 sides, etc). We soon discovered not only had they given us the wrong flavor of Slush, they had mismatched burgers with sides in the bags. And to top it all off, we were short a fry and our tots were regular instead of chili cheese.

We don't blame the Sonic brand as a whole, but something crucial is missing with this particular franchise location. The order was placed correctly and read back to us perfectly...so very disappointed and will spread the word to all who travel through Franklin to take heed when...

The worst I have ever experienced at any Sonic. I ordered a special that was on there sight. The waitress could not hear me over the speaker so she came to my car and took my order. When I got my food they charged me $13.00 for 2 small burgers I told them I was supposed to have more food with that order. She said the manager that was on Google. I showed her the special on there site. The manager came out and looked to be about 18 years old and had liquor smell on his breath. I told him to give me my money back. He sent my money with $3.00 short then he proceeded to snatch my money from my hand. I called the police and they put someone on the phone said they was the district manager. He told the police that was not on sonics site. I showed it to the police and had no resolution to it. So I told them to keep the money I would never come back. They said they didn't care if I ever come back....
