I had a bad experience at this subway early with employees but I thought of giving a try again to this subway and this time when I went to was the most clean subway I have ever went and the stafff it self is so good now it’s was so bad in the past but now hats off to the owner he did such a a great job the food look so tempting and the it was so clean one of the best restaurant we have in Franklin I feel all the restaurants that we have in Franklin needs to see how beautiful and clean this subway is from inside I am literally going every single day in lunch over here love it love it and Subway has always been my go-to spot when I’m craving something fresh, healthy, and satisfying. When ordering they made us repeat ourselves multiple times over and were really rude and snarky when doing so. My frienf had a digital card and they told me to order online. And when i told them it didnt work she said “yeah because the app closes at 8:30” which she could have informed us, we knew it was an honest mistake. And apologized, especially since we didnt want to have to bother much longer. The atmosphere is cleaner, friendlier, and way more inviting. Tessa, the manager, is honestly the reason I keep coming back. She has such a calm and professional presence, and you can tell she truly cares about what she’s doing. I ordered four sandwiches, and she made each one with such care, patience, and cleanliness—it really stood out.
