First I want to say when done right the food is fantastic. Now reason for one star Customer service is a fail at least towards me. I had 2 bad experiences 1st I had ordered 3 boneless chicken and a rice bowl.. rice was great but all three of our chickens were extremely over cook to point we threw away more than half of all three orders. I called and told them and was told next order I'd get 15 off I was ok cool paid 30 threw away 15 fair enough. So when I called to get the 15 I was told it was my mistake he meant 15%. Yeah not happy. I took the 20% offered online. Didnt go there for a couple weeks. 2nd ordered online took my money got email that said ready in 20 minutes drive there and THEY ARNT OPEN. I shoot an email to corporate and get a call saying terribly sorry and so on. Then says my money will be refunded and that she would talk to store a see about getting it delivered (I am out of delivery miles which I did tell her) to me. I'd get a call from that store when it did open. I chuckled at that one knowing from my past experience. I did get a call was told I'd get a refund by Monday or Tuesday, and a quick sorry ( I'll let you know if it doesn't happen funny takes 3 seconds to take it days to return it.) Nothing more nothing less. I got to waste 40 minutes of my day (20 min there 20 minute home, like I said really good food when done right). My son went to work hungry, no time to cook him anything he had time to change and run out the door. No offer of delivery or even for me to pick up. Now there is No sign on door posting hours, online their site said 11. Google said 10:30. And their online ordering system took my order and money sent me confirmation email. If you dont mind not being treated well if the food is not edible or having them take orders and not being open wasting your time. It's your place.. When it's done right it's really good food. It's a shame customer service...
Read moreWent here for lunch with the family on a Saturday. Decided to eat in. Big mistake. What ended up happening was we waited for about 30 minutes (along with several other customers) and ended up having one of our dishes completely forgotten, even after we asked them about it. Which means they forgot the same dish twice.
When I reminded them about this, there was no remediation or an apology. They seemed to think that waiting 45 minutes for a chicken Caesar sandwich was completely ok.
Pretty abysmal customer service we experienced. Need to train your weekend staff better in basic hospitality practices.

When I asked if they were open or closed for the next 25 minutes the girl stuttered and said “only the grill is open”. Typical lazy worker just wants to get out at exactly 8pm and a good example why there should not be a “minimum wage”. The owner should be embarrassed and hire people who want to work their shift.
