First of all I ordered take-out and I have to say the revised parking lot is absolutely AMAZING compared to what it was. Whoever they contracted did an awesome job! My husband needs a handicapped van ramp spot and they had a few of those, as well as the wheelchair ramp they already had.

So for my man we ordered the marinated sirloin tips with roasted potatoes and added mixed veggies. My husband loved it, especially the potatoes. He said the steak was juicy and tender, and he also killed the veggies.

I had the fettucini Alfredo with grilled chicken and added broccoli. I also ordered garlic bread with cheese. The grilled chicken and broccoli was great. The fettucini was good too. The Alfredo sauce was okay. For me it was slightly bland but definitely not bad. I just personally find the bertuccis Alfredo sauce at the store a little better tasting. Maybe it's because I'm not Italian and don't appreciate that authentic Italian like I should lol. Garlic cheese bread was good too.

The portion size is great with both of us having leftovers and my appetite is pretty decent. Picking up the takeout was quick and easy. The takeout person was super...

Sat at the bar, had a drink, and ordered take out on friday night. Staff was not very welcoming. Was finally acknowledged by 1 of the 3 bartenders. She was sort of friendly and made a good drink. As I looked around I noticed some turn offs behind the bar. It was very dirty. There seemed to be what looked like a plastic jar of bar cherries stored on the floor next to the cooler, and an orange under the dishwasher. However, more surprising was when a server scooped ice with the glass to make a drink in it. No ice scoop? Restaurant 101! With 3 bartenders I couldn't understand why the servers were making their own drinks. Got home with my take out. The bread was just thrown into the bag with the dinner. Not wrapped in anything. Just thrown in there. Big turnoff. No butter was provided either which was just as well because I was not eating it anyways as I would guess gloves weren't used to throw it in the bag. If these are things that can been seen, imagine what goes on behind the scenes. The food ok. Didnt enjoy; thinking about the unknown. My companion would have appreciated a lock on the men's room...

Quite possibly the worst Italian food I have ever had. I was charged $30 (not including tip) for a medium sized pizza. I asked the waitress if it was possible to have one type of pizza on one side, and one on the other, she said yes (without telling me I would actually be charged for 2 PIZZAS!). Not only was the service horrendous, the food was even worse. I was honestly extremely disappointed, as the reviews for this restaurant completely contradicted the truth. I have had frank pepes and I have had pizza hut, and in my years of having good and bad pizza, Rome pizza was hands down the worst.

RE: What a pizza "I" tried to create? I was unaware that half meat lovers half bbq chicken was that difficult to make, the waitress or chef could have denied the possibility of this if it was that much work (which obviously it was). I have no want to talk to you in an attempt to make the situation better. I simply have no want to ever return to this restaurant, and I make sure to let anyone who asks know, this is not real Italian, it's overpriced, cheap food, with...

Really good food, it would have been perfect if the waitress wasn’t so rude! She argued with my mother in law saying she never asked for onions on her pizza and that she asked for tomato’s lol but she hates tomato’s so obviously she didn’t order tomato’s on her pizza. either way the waitress should never argue with the customer because no matter what they are always right even if wrong. My mother in law sweet women kindly picked them off and left it be cuz maybe she was having a bad day and just had a moment.. and giving benefit of doubt. and as we are sitting there eating, we watch the waitress argue with another customer!!! about the order!!!! We were shocked... they were allergic to what ever she put in the pizza and told them to eat it anyway. She was an older women with graying blond hair with an attitude like if we are a burden for her. Other than the waitress... the GF selection was amazing and food was amazing! And good atmosphere apart from the waitress.

I have to start by saying the homemade spaghetti is just as good as I can remember from growing up. If you venture out to the wilds of Franklin, MA, the small up-charge for the pasta made in house is a no-brainer! The aglio sauce was fresh and full of garlic, but it lacked enough salt for my taste. Our waitress was really nice, but the night we went it was super busy so it was hard for the service to keep up. They were also out of ingredients for one of the special martinis that my friend wanted to order. All in all, not a bad experience, and reasonable prices. I would try going on a slower week night or at an off peak time to see if that makes for an improved overall experience.
