Pizzaway — Restaurant in Franklin

Wanted to try out the pizza here, but can’t seem to get in contact with this place, whether I call or I try ordering on the website. When I go to the website it forces you to put your address right away which is fine I guess, was gonna do delivery, but when I put my address in it says it’s incorrect. Tried redoing it multiple times and just keeps saying the address is incorrect when I know it’s the right address. I’ve put other addresses to see if it would work, and if it was an issue with my apartment complex’s address but it’s not. No matter what address you put it always says incorrect. So then I figured I call Andros pizza directly, and just order on a phone call instead, but it just keeps ringing and ringing until eventually a AI generated voice will ask you for a “Remote access code” which I do not have lol. It really shouldn’t be this hard to order pizza. Feels like mission impossible. Gonna have the give this place a 3 star rating. I’ve never tried the food here, so I can’t say how good the food is, but I can say the service has is not good based off the broken website and a phone number that’s needs a code in order to get in contact with anyone in Andros Pizza. Kinda disappointed but I’m willing to give this place another...

Top notch pizza and even better customer service! It was highly recommended to me and now I understand why. I ordered online for pickup at 6:30 and ended up arriving around 6:15. My order wasn’t ready yet because they strive on serving hot and fresh pizza. The man working the counter was lovely and chatty. They do pizza by the slice of almost every kind they offer!! He was friendly and even offered to grab my drinks from the case to bag everything up nicely. The pizza was incredible! The buffalo chicken pizza was my favorite but the pesto was great too. Fries were crispy and mozzarella sticks were great. I will definetly be returning and need to try the spicy honey pizza, it looked soooo good. Prices were on the higher side but you absolutely get what you pay for. If you haven’t tried Pizzaway...

Went in to try Pizzaway because I heard it was very good and I love pizza. What a disappointment. We had to go in to order because no one answered phone. Told it would be 30 minutes; not a big deal. Went back in exactly 30 minutes got my pizza and went home to eat it. We live a 1/4 mile so it was a 3 minute drive home. Pizza was undercooked and cold. Very poor. I like my food hot; hotter than most people but this was already congealing it was so cold. Will take an act of gid to make me try it again. I will go anywhere...
